Bob you are not having a very good week with all this rain are you. Just think this would have been the week of the IR if it would not have changed. Good thing it did.
I use a small 2 - 10 - 50 for my auto but not on the bike. I use a battery tender for that. When the bike is parked for a few days I will plug it into the tender.
I have a brother and nephew that belong to a club. They both have ask me to join them and open a chapter here. I said no to both and then the pres of the club and ask the same thing and he got the same answer. I do not need any one telling me where and when to ride and get a $100.00 fine from them if I don't go.
I will be putting in new springs in the front and lowering it 1". New steering head bearings and 15 weight oil in the forks. Change the brake fluid and clutch.
Steve they do like to lay on warm things. We do not have cats any longer and I will not let any of my family have one again. We do have two dogs a Beagle and a pit bull and they are both outside dogs. We let them in the house for short periods but then they go back to the kennel.
Ouch! That will be sore for a while. Looks like the bike got as much rash as you did. I wear my helmet but like others I usually wear a light jacket and it would shred like skin if I would go down.
A friend set it up on mine and when I use it I do not loose my passwords. It is in the settings, if you have the wrong thing checked you will loose them. Sorry I can't explain it any better I am not good with these PC issues.
Jack I know what you mean. I had a F-150 4x4 with a 300 straight 6 and 5 speed manual. I put over 300,000 miles on it before it went to scrap. Maybe there is a little piece of it on the road today.
Glad to do it I took Jay and Larry on another short ride on Friday to show them Saddleback MT. it is the home place of Abraham Lincoln's mother. Of course all the history books say that she was from Virginia and she was before the state split.
That is OK Jay. I filled up in the valley and left there at 5:30 and would have been home by 8:00 but stopped for gas and ran into a friend and shot the bull for half hour. No rain here but they got pounded west of here.
Glad that you made it to your son's house safely. I was going to leave today but instead left yesterday to miss the rain we were to get today and as of yet, no rain. Go figure.
Glad you made it home safely Steve. I was going to stay there till today but Jay talked me into leaving yesterday because of the threat of rain and got home at 8:30 PM.
I walked in the door at 8:30 this evening. Decided to get home before the rain tomorrow. Had a great time showing you all those great roads and thanks to all that made it to the rally and hope all make it home safe. Forgot to add that thanks to everyone we raised $335.00 from the Tee shirts that Lewis sent me for ST. Jude
