Well I have been laughing at this whole thread. So here is my two cents. I had a 1 Gen in the shop, took one ride on it, didn't like the seat height or the foot position on it so I sent it to Georgia. I have an 85 Honda Sabre 1100, an 06 Vulkin 900 and a GL 1500 Goldwing and my favorite an 03 RSMV. So in saying I would ride the RSV to my mail box and back before even thinking about the others. Now back to the chatter.

Getting custom routes into Garmin nuvi 765T?
slowrollwv replied to a1bummer's topic in Watering Hole
This is how I do and I use Mapquest. The only down fall to Mapquest is if you do not put in an addy and just use a town it will take you to the center of that town. I use towns to make my routes then drag the ending location of the town to where I want to make a turn, if you don't it will go to the center of that town and return you to where you want to turn. -

Well I am within an hour of Balt. and Wash. and about 2 1/2 hours of Pitt. but I would not spend a nickle to see any of them play a game. I would like to see a west coast team go the distance though. I like the Raiders. And the 49's are not bad but I would like to see Sea. take it all.

I do not have a CCW but I do have two pistols. One is a 44 super Red hawk, the other is a 45 navy colt cap and ball, that has never been loaded. The 44 I just love to shoot, don't mind the recoil and ammo is not a problem as I reload all the rounds for it and all for my long guns to. -

Any Opinions...Tour Master Centurion Men's 1-Piece Textile
slowrollwv replied to GolfVenture's topic in Watering Hole
I have a tour master one piece for cold weather and I can ride in temps of 33* with only a t-shirt and bluegeans, but do have to plug in the Gerbing gloves. -
I got my HID kit from HID Country and it is plug and play. I did have to extend the power wire to the batt but that was no problem. Just make sure that you get the ballast as far away from the radio as you can get it or you will pick up some static from it in your head sets.

Replacing brake lines per maintance schedule recomendations.
slowrollwv replied to dingy's topic in Watering Hole
I have two sets of the stock brake and clutch lines here. They are off a 2010 and a2009 RSV. Yours for the asing. -
Ron if you get the by-xeon bulb in 6oook it will give you hi and low beam and it is very bright. I have it in my RSV and love it.You will have to extend the main wire to the batt as it is not long enough, other than that it is plug and play. I also have the Kury truck lights for my driving lights, and they are just as bright and only 35 watts. At night they will light up road signs a mile away.

I am a member of the AMA for 20 years. I did Join an ABATE group here for one year and let it drop. The abate group did do a lot of poker runs for members and others in need., But those runs consisted of running from one bar to the next and spending a 1/2 to 1 hour at each. I don't mind anybody having a beer, but do so with good judgement. The next year they disbanded and I haven't heard anything out of them.

LOL it is not a car wash, it was at Twiggs Cycles near me, they are two of the calender girls for next year's calender. Here is another pic. http://s253.beta.photobucket.com/user/slowrollwv/media/DSCF2335.jpg.html?sort=3&o=12

I made them. I didn't like the looks of the Diamond R, look to be a little flimsy bolted to the grab rails with the rubber on them.
-
Yeah it was hard for me to see the rails also, and I took the pic.
-
I have them on mine, as you can see in this pic. http://s253.beta.photobucket.com/user/slowrollwv/media/DSCF2336.jpg.html?sort=3&o=13

If you want to raise or lower the stock boards I made up a set that is universal to do that. They moved the boards about 1 1/2" up or down.
