The weather in February is fine in the Lake Havasu area. I have made the run from San Diego to there to see some friends of mine in February and it was great. Drop me a PM when you are there and I might be in the area to ride with you.

We rode that highway this last summer. Thought the posted 15MPH switchbacks were great but when I saw the sign for 10MPH switchbacks and looked down and seen three of them linked together it went from great to WOW.

Yep Douche works great. This is great cause you can get this any time of the night when you can't get anything else quickly. Last time I had to do this the wife went and got it. It was on sale so she bought 10 of them just to have them on hand. She said that the clerks gave her a weird look. She said she looked them straight in the eye and said "hey it was a wild party what can I say". The clerk about gagged when she said this but didn't say a word in reply.

After reading this thread (why do I do this to myself?) I do not think you would have to worry about that "mental injury" part. I think that has already happened don't you???

If I remove my foofa-valve will it improve my mileage or will i have to make other adjustments?

Gotta agree with San Diego. If you stay a little bit to the east you can find a ton of places to hook up the 5th wheel. If you position yourself properly you can be within 30-45 minutes of the ocean, 30-45 minutes from the desert and 30-45 minutes from Mexico. And like Rod mentioned lots of great riding in this area. Lets us know if you end up in the area.

If you have a full bottle of water and you accelerate quickly the bottle and Koozie, at times, will fall into your lap. Not fun when it is open and you are riding twisties two up. (Don't ask me how I know this).

Lonestarmedic, Thanks man. That is the kind of feed back I am looking for. Really think about these because I like how the tread design wraps up the side wall so much further than other tires.

Anybody have any experience with this tire. Not asking if this is the best only asking if anyone has any experience with this tire. I already know about Avon's and Dunlop E3's but know nothing about this tire.

40 years I smoked and then I quit. When I felt the urge I just said to myself I would forget about if for two minutes and than think about it then. I always forgot to think about it because by the time my 2 minutes were up I was already doing something else. Keep at it and don't give in or up. YOU CAN DO THIS

How many VR members does it take to change a light bulb?

What a silly question. The answer is none. Venture riders don't have to change bulbs. We let the GW riders stand there and hold the bulb up in the air cause they are sure the world revolves around them.
