Gus shops of all types should be an essential business.

I understand that snow can have an insulating effect as long as it does not melt due to heat loss through the roof. You've sure got that taken care of though. Well done sir. I'm in Texas now so I don't need to worry to much about snow where I'm looking for land. More so I will be working to dissipate heat LOL.

That's gorgeous. But being in Maine why not go for a steeper roof line to shed snow easier, not that it looks like you will have a weight bearing issue. I've wanted to build my own cabin for a while now.

One of my coworkers had it. She and her husband. She's an IT trainer and was visiting our largest office. She spent a lot of time with one of my team members while he was in her home office. She gets up close and personal with a lot of people. No one else has been diagnosed with it. Strange thing is My guy who was in her home office doing work, went to lunch and dinner with her on several occasions, got pretty sick afterward. He tested negative.

I personally wore a mask 1 time during all of this, it was in a hospital when there was a death in the family. I will not wear one elsewhere. I don't recall saying, or hear anyone I know say, this was a hoax but I and many others believe there is an EXTREME over reaction to this thing. What I do is this, I do not visit a nursing home or an area where any illness would have a major impact if I am not feeling well. Forget the mask just don't go. Yes, I know that many are thought to be asymptomatic with this but guess what, you can be asymptomatic with something as deadly as Tuberculosis or common cold for that matter. It's called being a carrier. I hear friends state we should have a chip implanted under the skin to quickly diagnose or track people then I mention the holocaust, we had a family friend that was a survivor of one of the camps and I still remember seeing the number on her arm when I was a kid. People talk about contact tracing then I mention this is what every tyrannical government has done since governments existed. Everyone talks about 100K dead in the US. I had an Aunt pass away in OH. I was told by a family member that while she was in the hospital from early January until she passed ~70 days later she was diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2. She survived that and was added to the stats as a recovered COVID patient. When she passed the hospital put on her death certificate something to the effect of COVID related illness. A blatant fabrication which my cousin made them correct. Can I personally attest to this, no, but it is becoming a recurring statement I am hearing personally and in the media. Did you know there were 80K documented deaths from the flu in 2017 alone. This year they stopped counting at 24K and started using Suspected COVID related illness. Many say wear a mask until this thing is over. Well it will NEVER be over, think small pox. This will be pushed as far as they can because there are people who thrive off the power of others fears. Most of these are Politicians or Media because it puts money in their pockets. I went to work every day while most in our company worked remotely. They had a company wide conference call for the 'reopening' of the offices nationwide where they explained if you go to a funeral you will 'self-quarantine' afterwards. This is not voluntary so it is basically exile with a time limit. If you don't wear a mask you can be fired. At that point with an upcoming funeral an the threatening of my livelihood I told them I would work from home until further notice. Hopefully this will be without any backlash, we will see. Remember that Quarantine is the isolation of the ill, controlling the movement of the people is Tyranny. I'll stop my rambling before I cause the thread to be killed.

LOL Love the 7 of 9 name and the Plate. The fact you got her to sign the bike too! That's awesome. If I did something like that I wouldn't make it to 7T9. The wife would kill me herself.

Vent-luder conversion

I just found this video where there a quick hit on the seat of an Eluder at the 43 second mark. Makes me wonder more if this is actually doable. -

I forgot about seeing that Thread. Based on the look of the Eluder back seat I wonder if most of that cabling is tucked under there? That could make it doable. I have not seen an Eluder with the seat off. The Fender would definitely need some work but . . . . . This may be fun to watch. -

From what I've seen on many forums and board is that the trunk cannot be removed as there are a ton of electronics under it. I have not tried to remove it nor have I seen one with the trunk removed. Would I like to do that, Yes absolutely, I love the look of the Eluder but I wanted the other amenities that the SVTC provided. The Eluder would be great for my daily commute. As far as parts, I would not be too concerned there. While there seems to be a bump in the start in the US and we did not have the 2019 here I believe it was elsewhere and there are 2020's in the US. For the info system, I have no complaints. It took me some time to find everything but once I settled in no issues at all. I access most everything without looking, including shield and heater adjustments. It can do a lot compared to other bikes I've owned, it just took time to use it. The GPS does seem to be limited based on the forums but I don't use it much at all. -
I told y'all it was dangerous, darn Canadians. LOL Well I guess this American did open the door, just a little. Hit, Run, Watch the fun.

If you're a little handy with wood you might be able to create another storage location. Just a thought. I did this on my '06 when I removed the Cassette deck that I never used. It also had an old stuck tape in it.

That's 100% cool. The only bike that ever scared me was a ~49 Indian my uncle had. Rode it when I was 16 and fearless but that suicide shifter going into 3rd was hellacious. I wish I would have gotten that off him before he sold it but alas I was young and ignorant at the time.

Yesterday was a very difficult and sad day for us. Thank you to everyone for your prayers, your thoughts and everything you have done. Ursola was living with us while she was working on her recovery. Her passing was very unexpected as she was working hard and progressing quickly. Below is the one of the last videos we had taken of her recovery process.

There was a TV series on the History Channel called the 'Kings of Pain'. Two guys, one a biologist and the other an animal handler, doing this type of stuff to modify the current 'pain/damage/danger' lists that are used. It was actually an interesting show.

Comes from being an IT guy from northern Ohio, living in Texas with a bunch of Mexican friends and having a 'Happy Hour' via Zoom. To be 100% Honest one of the guys probably saw it on the interweb somewhere before we came up with it. We're not that creative.
