VentureFar, While I'm on board with the modulators I've been in groups where riders were cited for them. There still seems to be a lot of debate about the legalities of them across the states. Also, the color of the rear modulators seems to be a critical discussion point also.

Sorry for taking a while to get back to you, Work and life, imagine that. Yep Brand of Car tire. 165/80/15. I used this site normally when looking at CT's for bikes. https://airtable.com/shrGYrQjwPv0obVJi/tblxn9IHFepMf1bFw?backgroundColor=orange&viewControls=on Extensive database. They recently updated the site format so I recommend using the expanded view. I will say though on the SVTC I got 13K out of the stock tire. I put another one on recently mainly for repair warranty concerns. I have found a dealer that will work on the bike with a CT so I expect to go dark with the next tire change.

Don't know about the trailer but I put a Nexan on the back of my '06 with 36lbs. Into triple digits and no issues.

I dumped dish and went with Roku. We already had Netflix and Amazon Prime video. I added sling but I am finding I just don't watch all the channels and Sling is now owned by Dish. I am thinking about Dripping that too. My son's both do Disney + so I just added multiple account support to my Netflix and they added me to their Disney+. If you watch a lot of local TV you can add something like LoCast or just get an HD Antennae. We only have 75mbs internet connection and I'm lucky if I see 10 at night. and that's $80 but I need that for work. When it was all said and done (at least at the moment) I cut all my TV side of the costs from about $140 to $89. If I decide to term sling I will get that down to somewhere around $30 - $40. You will find that you just don't watch that many different channels. You can also add HBO and the like at ~$6 a month.

We did a Zoom service for my son's fiancé. I worked very well but free accounts are limited to 40 or 45 minutes. I would ask the local gov't about a special case crossing. wouldn't hurt to try.

While I agree with you mostly, I have only one discrepancy. I have a bike, I just want to ride it more My truck is a 2003 F150 sport. Not looking to replace it until it dies. Only put about 3 - 5K miles on it a year but ~14K (mostly commute to work) on the bike. Still need to ride more LOL. As far as the news. They only show whatever is in their agenda and will make them more money. Like Ferguson. There is a reason why there were no charges Civil or Criminal. Public record of trial is available but you never heard anything otherwise in the media.

I can't call him a Martyr. A martyr is someone who dies because of their beliefs. If someone protesting peacefully were to be killed by the police then that person is a Martyr. Was he murdered? IMHO Absolutely, from what we know now. Floyd was suspected of a crime, passing counterfeit money. Did he deserver to die? Again, IMHO absolutely not. Does this office deserver to be put on trial, yes. Does he deserve the death penalty? From what we know right now, IMHO, yes. The maximum penalty allowed. As far as the Protests that result in damage to property and theft. Every single person who can be identified should also be prosecuted. I also believe that the organizers, perpetrators and anyone other than family helping to bail out looters and vandals should be held financially liable. If they can afford to bail out looters and vandals they should pay for the damage they have done. Recently people are saying Defund the Police? Really? If you truly believe in this then lawlessness and chaos will reign. Vigilantism will take over. 95% of all people are good people trying to whatever Job they have to the best of their ability. 1% are the criminals, looters, vandals etc. The other 4% I will not give my opinion of.

Our condolences and prays for Marita and the entire family to receive some comfort during this time. Prayers for Karl because he suffers no more and is at his happiest looking on from above. Safely Home by Unknown I am home in Heaven, dear ones; Oh, so happy and sobright! There is perfect joyand beauty In this everlastinglight. All the pain andgrief is over, Every restlesstossing passed; I am now at peaceforever, Safely home inHeaven at last. Did you wonder I socalmly Trod the valley ofthe shade? Oh! but Jesus' armto lean on, Could I have onedoubt or dread? Then you must notgrieve so sorely, For I love youdearly still; Try to look beyondearth's shadows, Pray to trust ourFather's Will. There is work stillwaiting for you, So you must not idlystand; Do it now, whilelife remaineth-- You shall rest inJesus' land. When that work isall completed, He will gently callyou Home; Oh, the rapture ofthat meeting, Oh, the joy to seeyou come!

I had a neighbor, who supports the protests but not the looters, ask me what I would do if they were to march down our street. My response was simple, I will sit on my front porch cleaning my guns. She then promptly said "Well you'll be doing nothing but antagonizing them!" No I will be protecting my family and my property, trust me, they don't want to die. I won't antagonize them but will discourage nefarious actions on their part. I moved to Texas for work but I stay for many, many more reasons.

Yeah, I love stuff like this but my skills aren't there yet. Maybe when I retire.
-
Being that I like to make wood 'stuff' this is way cool. Is their any way you could link the history to your family name. Very often buildings were named after the owners of the land or the builder etc.

I binge watched all of her stuff and noticed that too. I've downloaded Maps.Me but have not even opened it yet as work and home life are keeping me swamped at the moment.

Please keep us updated. I have the same issues with my wife getting batted around on this bike. -
Glad to hear your safe. I've been lucky enough not to hit any deer although there have been several close calls. I did have a dog put me over the handle bars on a rural road in OH. High weeds right up to the side of the road and doing 35 - 40 around a small curve. It hit the front tire right on the right side while the curve went to the left. I was OK probably because I was still young enough but the dog was not. I was close to home and was able to ride it home slowly and with a lot of difficulty as the handle bars were bent. Had to replace the cheap JC Whitney windshield I had, handle bars, crash bars, saddle bag and some paint. Like you, I will take the damage to the bike and was thankful to still be in one piece.

Gus shops of all types should be an essential business.

I understand that snow can have an insulating effect as long as it does not melt due to heat loss through the roof. You've sure got that taken care of though. Well done sir. I'm in Texas now so I don't need to worry to much about snow where I'm looking for land. More so I will be working to dissipate heat LOL.
-
That's gorgeous. But being in Maine why not go for a steeper roof line to shed snow easier, not that it looks like you will have a weight bearing issue. I've wanted to build my own cabin for a while now.

One of my coworkers had it. She and her husband. She's an IT trainer and was visiting our largest office. She spent a lot of time with one of my team members while he was in her home office. She gets up close and personal with a lot of people. No one else has been diagnosed with it. Strange thing is My guy who was in her home office doing work, went to lunch and dinner with her on several occasions, got pretty sick afterward. He tested negative.

I personally wore a mask 1 time during all of this, it was in a hospital when there was a death in the family. I will not wear one elsewhere. I don't recall saying, or hear anyone I know say, this was a hoax but I and many others believe there is an EXTREME over reaction to this thing. What I do is this, I do not visit a nursing home or an area where any illness would have a major impact if I am not feeling well. Forget the mask just don't go. Yes, I know that many are thought to be asymptomatic with this but guess what, you can be asymptomatic with something as deadly as Tuberculosis or common cold for that matter. It's called being a carrier. I hear friends state we should have a chip implanted under the skin to quickly diagnose or track people then I mention the holocaust, we had a family friend that was a survivor of one of the camps and I still remember seeing the number on her arm when I was a kid. People talk about contact tracing then I mention this is what every tyrannical government has done since governments existed. Everyone talks about 100K dead in the US. I had an Aunt pass away in OH. I was told by a family member that while she was in the hospital from early January until she passed ~70 days later she was diagnosed with SARS-CoV-2. She survived that and was added to the stats as a recovered COVID patient. When she passed the hospital put on her death certificate something to the effect of COVID related illness. A blatant fabrication which my cousin made them correct. Can I personally attest to this, no, but it is becoming a recurring statement I am hearing personally and in the media. Did you know there were 80K documented deaths from the flu in 2017 alone. This year they stopped counting at 24K and started using Suspected COVID related illness. Many say wear a mask until this thing is over. Well it will NEVER be over, think small pox. This will be pushed as far as they can because there are people who thrive off the power of others fears. Most of these are Politicians or Media because it puts money in their pockets. I went to work every day while most in our company worked remotely. They had a company wide conference call for the 'reopening' of the offices nationwide where they explained if you go to a funeral you will 'self-quarantine' afterwards. This is not voluntary so it is basically exile with a time limit. If you don't wear a mask you can be fired. At that point with an upcoming funeral an the threatening of my livelihood I told them I would work from home until further notice. Hopefully this will be without any backlash, we will see. Remember that Quarantine is the isolation of the ill, controlling the movement of the people is Tyranny. I'll stop my rambling before I cause the thread to be killed.

LOL Love the 7 of 9 name and the Plate. The fact you got her to sign the bike too! That's awesome. If I did something like that I wouldn't make it to 7T9. The wife would kill me herself.

Vent-luder conversion

I just found this video where there a quick hit on the seat of an Eluder at the 43 second mark. Makes me wonder more if this is actually doable. -

I forgot about seeing that Thread. Based on the look of the Eluder back seat I wonder if most of that cabling is tucked under there? That could make it doable. I have not seen an Eluder with the seat off. The Fender would definitely need some work but . . . . . This may be fun to watch. -

From what I've seen on many forums and board is that the trunk cannot be removed as there are a ton of electronics under it. I have not tried to remove it nor have I seen one with the trunk removed. Would I like to do that, Yes absolutely, I love the look of the Eluder but I wanted the other amenities that the SVTC provided. The Eluder would be great for my daily commute. As far as parts, I would not be too concerned there. While there seems to be a bump in the start in the US and we did not have the 2019 here I believe it was elsewhere and there are 2020's in the US. For the info system, I have no complaints. It took me some time to find everything but once I settled in no issues at all. I access most everything without looking, including shield and heater adjustments. It can do a lot compared to other bikes I've owned, it just took time to use it. The GPS does seem to be limited based on the forums but I don't use it much at all.
