    while traveling up[ to Maggie valley in 2007 i rode at night, so i didn't know if the ma n pa gas stations were going to be open, hence, the 5 gallon can under the trailer.

    I carry a 2.5 gallon tank with me. But most of the time I google map my trip, so I know where the gas stations are at all times

    27 continues up into lower central Georgia, then turns south again, then stops. Best to come up Krome Avenue out of Key largo, follow up to 27, this way you stay out of Miami. 27 up to South Bay, Is just completely boring ( south bay, Clewiston and Moore haven are speed traps ) after that its 55 and 65 MPH up to sebring 27 is nice after that, but don't plan to make any time following this route.
