your bushtec is really in its own category. it was made to pull behind a bike where as my Matrix, is said to be for small cars. this is why Matrix now has a lower profile trailer, for the motorcycle community. Now some of us are the pioneers of pulling trailers. I started in 81 with a cargo freight trailer and a sears topper. 8" wheels with my CB750K. who known that trailer'ing was going to become such a big item. but the idea, truly were focused on the Goldwing Groups. the ultimate Touring set up. Does anyone know when they came out with Speed ratings on tires? The first time I can remember seeing this was on the old U-haul Trailers (45MPH)

Rare-Earth Magnets, about the size of a nickle will do the trick., Ty rap it to the bottom of the frame. I sat at a light on Highway 27 & RT 70 one day for 15 minutes. a cop was sitting on the other intersection. he just sat there. I got off the bike and walk across the street to ask him, If I could go through the light, as if hadn't change. ( I got to the car, He was sleeping) Assw***** !!. I got on my bike and left. They sell them at home depot, but you have to ask for them.

Okay, so my bike has 55,000 and I pull a trailer, ( I think ) I may be up for a new clutch plate kit. 2007 RSV -

I tow the large Matrix Rover trailer, lid meets the height of the trunks box & is wide as the highway pegs. Since i only do 65-70 with it on. I do feel the wind banging on it, But it sure keeps the bike from blowing around in the wind

I just got my new battery, I've been all over this bike, hoping I could find my draw issue, well I found 3 fuses that were dark. they have been replaced, were taking her out for breakfast this morning to see if she draws again. Bike shop said charging system is fine. ( Have been if'y on going to the rally) Hope this works. The guy at the shop told me that Ventures don't like water???. I think I was the same way when I was little, couldn't get me in the tub, then couldn't get me out

Gee Guy if you have dirt or a sand based, ground, dig it out ( Be happy you don't live in South Florida, ) all our houses are built over coral rock. ( rent a small jack hammer with a shovel head, so you don't have to break your back digging. ( it will make small work of the job )

I check the tire once a week. some times even a pound or two makes a difference in the ride. 38 front & 44 back

Seems we all have a Yama-Davidson, I found oil also, but can't find where its coming from. (Just a gritty base on the kick stand)

Charging system craps out an hour in.

How did you go about getting that off the bike? do you have to remove the front lower, or can you just pull the plug in off, from the top? Next question, when I have that in Hand, with an OMS meter, How do I check to make sure its working? I'm picking up the new battery Saturday morning. In South Florida I ride in VERY DEEP water ( more like flash flooding)
