  3. Has anyone ever been on the Auto Train with your bikes? I'm heading up to NJ Next week, want to take my bike, instead of fly and rent a car,, prices come out about the same. Is it best to get a cabin? or just do a lounge Chair?
  4. one of the routes for the legends Rally. ( the guys that ride up to 1500 miles a day for 10 days) had to run through there on one of the Rallies. you can follow them on there trackers. One of the guys rode 1950 miles one day, but averages 1700 miles a day.

  6. @ 6' 4" I should be able to just step off. But after riding all day my right leg, has a small numbing problem and it becomes lazy, and just wants to drag over the seat.
  7. this is hard for me to swallow, but I hit the ground twice in the last 3 weeks. the goldwing seat is alot higher then the ventures. I find my right leg doesn't make it over the seat all the way as I get off. Twice, yes twice, I landed on my ass, trying to get off this thing. the last time was in my garage, yesterday. I really thought the bike was coming over on me that time. so tell me, do I owe?

  11. get used to riding at 60 in high winds, if helps if your feet are out on the highway pegs, you don't blow around as much

  15. For some of us, that we have become one with our bikes ( meaning we can feel every little thing when it goes wrong ) know, when our tires feel low. I put a stop to that, I always ( and I mean always check the tires before I leave the garage ) What's that old saying? An Ounce of Prevention, Beats a pound of Hardship?

  21. I ran a sub harness, to the Isolator, to a 5 into 4 harness. I gotta find the diagrams
  22. I put mine right behind the brake like wiring. two males pins into one female receiver, just crimped the wiring together.
