Now figure a good day in the saddle, no highways, from Elizabeth NJ to woodbine Georgia in 22.48 hours, most if it in rain. Milage I didn't care, good ride yes and I was pulling my trailer ( did stop in Dismal swamp state park for 3 hours to nap, but got up and kept going. ( 366+566 )

Even pulling a fully loaded trailer, I stop for gas at 230 miles instead of 141, legs hind behind the fairing, you can open the lowers while driving and keep your feet and legs dry while riding. No fog windshields, open vents. Phone charger, Nav system with weather alerts, heated seats and grips, reverse whe moving that large trailer. One dislike, the front tire is thinner and does not take to metal grade bridges ( it's always fun when your crossing a large bridge in the pouring rain with a trailer on with a SUV trying to drive over you) ( almost pushing down over the grade) He got his pay backs, can't drive with two flat tires.

every time I bring my friends to the keys, we travel, from my ( Open to venture rider members ALWAYS HOUSE ) Is from Vero Beach We start our morning ride from my house, to the Brooklyn Bagel shop for Coffee & Bagels ( gotta have the locks and cream cheese ). from there we follow all back road, south west into the Orange Groves ( that's why they call this area Indian River ) eventually coming out to RT 70 ( 55 mph roadway ) we follow that a few miles, then turn south, onto county road 128, over to the eastside of Lake Okeechobee, stopping at the Mayaka Dam systems for and over look at the Largest Freshwater lake in Florida. From there we continue south, through the Migrant workers, of Leeds, Sand cut & Pahokee., Belle Glades and South Bay ( the start of the Domino Sugar company ( Florida Sugar Cane ) 64 miles of open roadways, bottoming out into the Everglades National Forest., we continue south down 27, into Miami Gardens, turning south-west on to Chrome avenue or 997 as we call it. (this bring you down through to old time, family farms, over 50 miles of every fresh produce you can find, a stop at Schnebly's fruit winery, is always a fun stop. ( I get the Pear, apple & mango Wines, when I do my return trip out of the keys ) with friends in tow, we run the old road into Key Largo. we take Card Sound road down, and pull a little backtrack to the world's famous Gilberts on the Overseas Highway ( gotta have some fresh Snapper & Oysters & get Capt Joe to try the Ceviche' ). from there its still an hour and a half to the mid keys ( it takes awhile as the speed limit is 35 to 45 mph. ( from my home to The middle keys is 300+ miles ( it took 5 of us, with all the stops 12 hours to get there ) From the mid point, you pick the places you want to go, its a great point to see it all. ( Joe, Steve, Karen, Leo, jump in here at anytime. Leo needed to see the Famous Key Deer, so we went on a little quest, and found a few with in, 10 minutes of coming into town. There is so much to do in the keys, scuba, fish, sightsee, shop,. https://www.google.com/maps/dir/4820+55th+St,+Vero+Beach,+FL+32967/26.2236641,-80.4592278/25.2204736,-80.3351691/Gilbert's+Resort+-+Key+Largo,+Overseas+Highway,+Key+Largo,+FL/Marathon,+FL/@26.223061,-81.487324,8z/data=!4m32!4m31!1m15!1m1!1s0x88de5de6c2411879:0xd4235dfc7dedf467!2m2!1d-80.4363769!2d27.694519!3m4!1m2!1d-80.3983965!2d27.5165167!3s0x88def46f437f67fb:0x2904084c3fde4651!3m4!1m2!1d-80.5300019!2d27.4476553!3s0x88de8dc5a68f6f29:0xe818e6e17f50e62b!1m0!1m0!1m5!1m1!1s0x88d7663ff4f7fe25:0x897c65b33f53e7d9!2m2!1d-80.389425!2d25.183535!1m5!1m1!1s0x88d0dc33cb6c387b:0xbcb6224194d144f7!2m2!1d-80.9876792!2d24.750118!3e0
