  1. Man, I can't wait!
  2. You should watch it. All she pointed out was that another oil rig was damaged back in the 70's and leaked and they tried all the same things that they are trying now. The only way they were able to stop it was with a relief well. Seems we are in the same boat now. The point is that the oil company's could and should have planned for this type of disaster. It's happened before and as we all know, it will happen again.
  3. I have to use choke to start my bike too. I always figured it was my particular bike but now I know it's common. http://www.bikeforums.net/images/smilies/brood.gif
  4. Wow, that paint job looks great!!
  5. I think I need to do the same thing Brad. No more Moe burgers for me!
  6. Haha, I watched it twice!
  7. I've thought the same thing. Love to see how a 6.5 center would work.
  8. Guess it's up to Brad to grow his hair long and braid it into a pony tail.
  9. I don't play the games, I don't click on the like button. All I do is catch up with old friends. Seems it is up to you as to how much information you give out.
  10. Joe, if you want to meet up for lunch tomorrow let me know. I can swing over to whatever road your riding.
  11. I noticed the same thing with my last oil change. I ended buying Spectro synthetic from the local shop because they quit carrying Yamalube. When I changed the oil it seemed to be alot louder than before but now it seemed to quiet down.
  12. Wow, that is one spacey video! lol
  13. Joe, where do you have to go to get the bike?
  14. Cool! I'll be interested to hear your comments on this bike compared to your 1500 goldwing.
  15. I heard that they just got one in at my local dealership. Think I'll go check it out!
  16. Nice! How about some details?
  17. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gmDWvGKLzBE]YouTube- Nightwish - Sleeping Sun[/ame]
  18. I'm 6'3" and don't seem to have trouble with shoulder pain. I do think of changing the bars because the angle right at the grips are pointed down a bit too much. I end up holding on the the bars with my index/middle finger and thumb. Ring and pinky fingers are not on the bars. It's kinda nit-picky but on long rides I think about finding a bar that fits the angle of my hands better.
  19. My 2007 has been trouble free since I bought it. I do know that there was a service bulletin to retorq the heads but that was done before I picked it up.
  20. Mine has always had a whine, but not like the rest of you describe. I guess I'm lucky and got one that isn't quite so loud.
  21. We miss ya man!!!
  22. I didn't need to change my bars out but I definitely recommend the Rick Butler seat mod. It makes a huge difference in long distance comfort.
  23. Well, I looked so I guess I qualify myself as an Old Fart!
  24. I sat on the Voyager recently. It seemed to be about the same size as a Harley Ultra Classic. I felt like it was a bit small for my taste.
