  1. I've seen a few similar situations back when I was living in Winnipeg. Looks like they ran into some silt that was totally saturated. Last time I aws involed in something like that it was 3 dozers and the cables were so tight between the 3 of them that they had to cut the cables and build mats to get them out 10s of thousands later.   5. Had the same problem and decided to remove the switch and take a small file to the contact points and lo and behold it worked again,easy to do. Ron:thumbsup:
  6. David try this with you Zumo in the cradle on the bike turn it on and push both the volume up and volume down buttons at the same time and a graph for the internal volume will come up adjust that one up to 100%. Ron
  7. Been down there on the bike when freezing rain and ice hit San Antonio,not nice at all but you could come up here and walk a mile in our moccassins tenps hovering around -20C 2" snow have fallen in the last 2 Day's and temps falling to -30C by the weekend. Ron

    Okay since I got the bike in the fall of 05 and the novelty oy listening to the CB wore off (quickly) I haven't used the CB,now 38000 km later one of the guys that rides with got a Vision and we tried talking to each other but my Ptt button doesn,t work we had to communicate via my wife on the back. I sprayed contact cleaner in (from outside) no change,do I have to take it all apart and clean or replace anything and will anything fall apart when I remove the housing. . Ron
