    Yes, that's my bike. Why did it take you guys so long to figure that out? How many 2006 Black Cherrys have a Midnight seat on? Hmmmmmm, I've only seen one and she's mine! Peggy, we were camping at Shades State Park, it's become sort of an annual thing in October. And.....if you would have taken a look at the front you would have seen the "Venturerider.org" decal on the windshield.....

    Prayers for Dan, Rose and the family from Sue and I. Dan is a good friend and I was very sad to see this. I've had a couple close calls with deer myself. We hope everything turns out all right and Dan has a quick and full recovery.

    Got home about 4:00pm as well. Had a small problem with eusa1's bike blowing a fuse and made a DQ stop on the way home. As everyone else said, we had a great time, seen a lot of friends we hadn't seen in a while and made some new ones. Thanks to Don and Eileen for opening their home to this event. This was our 5th year at MD and it has only gotten bigger every year.

    I called back and talked to Laura this morning. She did confirm my rate at the $62.96 amount. She also told me to pass on that there are no more rooms available at this time. I guess Diana screwed up when she gave me a room. However, I'll keep it.

    Just got off the phone with them as our plans have changed. I talked to diana, she told me 6 rooms were available. I've reserved one. She did give me the 89.95 rate, when I asked about the Venturerider discount she didn't know about it but said Laura could fix it when I mentioned her name. I'll call back tomorrow and ask for Laura and verify it.

    I agree too. We went on an American Legion Veteran's Memorial ride Saturday. It was a 70 mile ride, we stopped at 6 different Legion posts, the American Legion riders who sponsored this were drinking at all of them. We left when we arrived at the 6th stop as Sue was off work and wanted to ride. We've ridden with CMA and Southern Cruisers besides VR people. All of them are much more organized and use more sense.

    Russ, maybe you should get rid of the Virago and get a Harley, they seem to come "trailer-trained" right from the factory...... Sue's cousin has a Road King and it loves to stay on the trailer. :rotf::rotf::rotf::rotf::rotf::rotf:

    If you look in the 2nd gen tech section you'll find an article on how to do it. I'm doing mine sometime this spring or early summer.
