    Add a Dyna 3000 to the list. 100 LED taillight from Custom Dynamics, light bar under the trunk (look at Darrin's), I also have the Harley tail light unit on my bike.

    This is true of 2nd gen Ventures, however my 99 Tour Deluxe (which you think would use the same pads as a 99 Venture) uses the same FA123 pad all the way around just like a 1st gen Venture. That causes some confusion.

    We just made it home from IL. James is very happy with the bike. I'll see if I can get some pics uploaded. We appreciated James buying us lunch at the Rootbeer Stand. We wish him many miles of happiness with "Stella". Oh yeah, I'll get the title out right away.....lolol.

    Wow, it must suck to be 58. I'm going to be 57 this weekend, I'll attach a pic of my "birthday present". Wife knew I'd like something a little different to ride besides the Venture so....................I found this 99 Tour Deluxe with only 27,504 miles on her, we pick her up Friday.

    I have my stock rear and drive shaft in the garage. The shaft looks to be 16 in. or a little longer. I didn't remove it from the drive. This would be overall length end of the universal to the end of the drive gear. Does that help?

    Same here, I've had an 87, 90 and now a 2006. Bought the 87 local, the 90 and 2006 both used from other VR members. Great bikes.
