Sorry to hear about all the FUN you're having without us...you have got to STOP that! You and Charlene need to send that black cloud away and get yourselves well. Not that long til Vogel you know. Thanks Bill...we had a blast. I really hope this is not your last meet because we always have fun with you and Linda. You better not sell the trailer tho...how would you get anywhere? LOL!!

Don and our gang arrived home about an hour ago. Aussie Annie, Quickstep, Carbon One and Joyce are all here for a night. Stacey and Sharon went their way the last few miles. We had the best time with everyone. The noon heat was starting to get to us. We stopped for lunch and cooled off. As we hit TN, the clouds came up and it really cooled off about 15 degrees. VERY NICE RIDING at that point. We certainly lucked out because we never did hit any rain. But everything at home was wet, apparently it's rained non stop here since we left. Thanks again to everyone for a great meet. It was great seeing the OLD faces and we had an awesome time meeting some new ones. Hope to see you all down the road. Don and Patti

as soon as i get home... Snarley Bill trailered his bike and rode some with us. He mostly liked to ride at 4 am. Don brought the hair...just didn't get any pictures posted YET of him wearing it. sorry! As for the bridge..I hate them too. This was not that high (water is up) and it was basically one lane so when you stay in the middle, it wasn't bad. Not that long either. We were over it in no time. Very nice. We just took a quick ride thru town and looked at everything all lit up. Very nice. Much cooler riding at night. Had a very good time. Especially enjoyed sitting around and coversating with everyone. I have never laughed so hard in all my life. I was told we had 43 people here. Extremely good turnout! Thanks to all who put this together. Will definitely have to do this one again. maybe when it's cooler. Patti

A few pictures from Eureka Springs. Went on a short ride today and got caught in the rain. Fortunately it didn't last long. Then there were the two KIDS who had to play with scooters. Thanks all who arranged this meet. Having a great time. Will post more pics later.

for BEEING so supportive! LOL. Appreciate all the stories and the laughs you have given me tonite. I will just say that Don is ok, no damage there. Trike is also ok..since he took great care to "pull over" at a very NICE spot... Hope this never happens again because I am sure I will freak again. Hummingbird is right...bees and bikes just do NOT mix. Patti

We went for a ride earlier today to meet our son and family for lunch. Decided to take the trike...mistake? About 30 minutes into the ride, I feel something hit my shoulder...a rock? a bug? Whatever it was, it really hurt...I reached up to rub my shoulder and THWACK! hit again! on my finger...then another finger started stinging..OMG!! STINGING!!! A BEE WAS CAUGHT IN MY SHIRT STINGING THE CRAP OUT OF ME!! I am now screaming bloody murder, twisting in the seat, begging Don to pull over, tearing at my shirt to get the bee out...all I can say is...KODAK MOMENT MISSED!!! finally got pulled over (according to Don, you can't just pull over anywhere) and surveyed the damage. Good thing I am not allergic to the dang things but boy did it hurt! Had some swelling but was basically ok. Made it to lunch and then home. What a wonderful Father's Day Don is having...LOLOL

If you can straighten out Annie...go for it! I fear it's too late...she went to the dark side and heard the banjos...lololol

Have fun and be safe.
