We have an '08 Venture Trike and Don has put several different windshields on but I still get alot of wind and he doesn't. Mostly when he is following semi's. That's the worst!! Not sure what can be done about it. Just don't follow them very close and pass them as quickly as possible. This is from the "passenger" viewpoint. Just saying...

Thanks for all YOU do! We don't need a thank you. We love those kids and can't seem to do enough for them. It's all of our friends, like you, that help us with the donation. It does get bigger every year. We love doing this, meeting up with old friends, meeting new friends. We had 89 in attendance this year, representing 16 states. It was a great time! No rain on our day, as usual. Unfortunately most of our friends had to ride thru rain and storms getting here and getting back home. So sorry for that. We can't wait for Vogel this year. We hope to see as many of you there that were here. This is one of the Premier events of the year. Not to be missed!! Lewis does a great job putting this on. Please make plans to attend Vogel this year. You won't be disappointed. Patti and Don

When you speak of "firsts" on this trip...what about your first B2dad and B2MOM meet n eat? Definitely a first for you!!! We were glad you came and we got to meet the infamous Miles!! So sorry tho that you had to weather some severe storms and a hysterical woman driver, not to mention several deer and a coyote. We have to watch for the wildlife all the time, due to our location. Sorry that this happened, but as everyone else has said...at least you weren't on it when it got hit. You will never make up for the loss of sleep and anxiety over the bike but she did have insurance so what may be broken or damaged can be repaired. Please ride safe. Patti
