  1. Look for any cracked solder joints on the CMS. But usually they are the ones for the plug terminals, that you had so much fun unplugging the other half from the CMS.......
  2. Yup, 1st postion to the left of "off" is forks locked & 2nd position to the left is forks locked & park lights on (draining the battery)....... So Brian, when did you try out this feature????
  3. Not knowing about those marks, closer to the slave cylinder opening. But one of the manually inscribed numbers by the serial # is for middle gear shimming, as per attached file.
  4. The upper clamps squeeze the top of the fork tubes, resulting in more resistance for unthreading / threading the caps. Loosen the clamp bolts to remove the added resistance.
  5. I will call tonight, Brian...... Seeing I know your bike, better than you do.
  6. Big time difference................
  7. Just over a week left, before departure...... Hopefully hwy 2 across Nodak is not flooded.

  9. But they are not listed seperately, so you will need to get them from some parts bike, or make new ones. Probably quicker, to make new ones, yourself.
  10. It is also interesting to drive in a roundabout that has has a machinegun nest, protecting the statue in the center of it. Grump, you should remember the "Billy, the bomber" statue in Nicosia, not too far from Ledra Palace.
  11. SCREW,PAN HEAD 98580-03008-00, Qty 4 each. WASHER(3SX) 92907-03600-00, Qty 4 each Have not found the plates.
  12. My brother had a bayliner, also with a 305. The 40 amp circuit breaker (at rear of intake manifold) had eventually gone kaput. Might be an idea to check that & the fuse block connections, ignition switch as well.
  13. "Ice Cream Parlor Etiquette?" Keep Big Tom at the back of the line, so the others can get some..........
  14. Rick, this has been here, about a couple of years or so. For multi quotes, select the various quotes by multi quote for most quotes wanted to be included, followed up by the final quote. EG: multi quote 1, multi quote 2, multi quote 3 & finally quote 4. Here is an example of useage from another thread below. Cut & pasted into this one, this was multi quote 1 & quote 2.
  15. I don't have any details on the ride & will be attempting to recover from the EME Branch Regimental birthday party Sat night. We also have something else, going on at the unit on Sun, think it is a unit Family BBQ as unit summer stand down is almost upon us, but it is a non uniform weekend.
  16. Have you gotten any better, at backing up the RV, with a trailer yet??????
  17. Didn't it take you 3 days, last time, to get there?????? Maybe Gary has a lighter trailer this year, so you can get more wind on your face. As he is driving the truck & both the bikes are strapped / bolted down (with you sitting on yours).
  18. Including you, after installing the customizing dent in the fuel tank, amongst other things. Scoots are not supposed to lay down & nap, while you are actually riding it... That is why Russ, usually has it bolted to the trailer. At least, I wasn't repairing my scoot.... I replaced 2 stators (at the same time), after they were overnighted in, for Marvin & Grandpagak.
  19. The OEM Mk2 cords could be a bit different, as there is a different configuration used (additional controller cords plugged in). But the J&M ones will work, for at least the basic setup, as I have not needed to play with the Mk2 cords. Maybe, try bypassing the remote controller cords, one at a time, to narrow down & locate the problem. J&M Cords still listed http://www.sierra-mc.com/proddetail.asp?prod=JM-YV-41 The music amp cords were a 1st attempt & not waterproof, as I found the J&M cords slightly later after making them. J&M kit includes a noise filter & cord holders.
  20. There is a chance, it will be found, in time for the rally......... :rotf::rotf:
  21. I think, that is straight out of the tranker trailer, a large balloon is too small... :rotf:
  22. Yup, no problem... Only headlight & windshield trim is different, for the front portion.
