  1. Thank you for answering my post. Now I understand.
  2. I bought mine from Hannigan a few years back and installed on my own but when I have to use it I have to tell the wife before engaging the switch to prepare her from whiplash. LOL Nice to have when needed.
  3. Well I just received the #14 brake master cylinder and I can't see any difference between the two. Maybe the piston inside has a larger OD than the 5/8.
  4. Thank you guys for your reply's. I went ahead and bought a set of calipers on Ebay with new pads. Next will be the 14mm MC.
  5. What year and part number.? I would like to change mine out on the trike.
  6. I bought one of his tanks a few years back like 8 maybe (and knock on wood) it is still working and he does fantastic work. When I brought my trike up to Hannigan for some work they asked who did your tank. I hope he responds to your post.
  7. How does Buckeye's stator compare to to Ricks Motorsports? I am looking to change mine out.
  8. Congratulations! Here is a good web to visit-http://www.triketalk.com/content
  9. This is how I resolved my exhaust popping; I'm not saying this is your problem. I reached in under each carb and removed the brass caps covering the PMS screws. Then I turned each screw on every carb, 1 turn counter clock wise, opening the pms to a little rich as the carbs come from the factory in a lean state to meet emission standards. In your case they might of been touched before and you are running rich so you might have to turn them in (clockwise) some. Just lessen to each as you adjust them. My bike runs fantastic with the AIS still operating. No jet change out. Just adjust. lol I do this on my lawn mower also in the spring. You adjust the carbs.
  10. What make of trike kit? Glad you found the problem before it found you.
  11. All finished. A little tough on the hands but all went well. Will install the body tomorrow and give her a test ride, weather considering. The only problem was with the trailer hitch. I had to modify one bracket. Also no instructions. John emailed me a half set and Jim's out in Cali for the holidays.
  12. Yes , the body is coming off. I have a few other things I need to get done. One is check the differential fluid level as I'm still losing some from the vent line. Not all the time, only when I'm running it hard on twisties or running on the freeway. Jim said it might of been over filled from the factory. Just enough oil to run back on the exhaust mufflers. I praise you on your install with the body on. It must of been a pain in the rear. Thanks for any needed help. It should be delivered on Monday or Tuesday. I will keep you posted and take pic's too.
  13. Jeff, I just ordered the reverse and should be delivered next week. Did you do any u-tube videos or any install pic's. Thanks
  14. I like Scotch better than Rum!! LOL

  17. Where is Treasure Coast Florida? Ok I found it, Port St. Lucie, Jensen Beach, Fort Pierce.
  18. 63,000 on my 05 midnight. Triked by Hannigan at 60,000. Only problems were rear shock and ignition switch which both were replaced during the warranty period.
  19. Have fun, be safe and enjoy!
  20. Happy Happy Birthday Bobby!! Have a great day!!
  21. I feel your pain too. I know Jim Gooch HMS head mech has been away at Sturgis the last few weeks and is due back this week.
  22. Prayers being sent, Chuck. Hope her recovery is quick.
  23. Rick, how's your trip going!! We haven't heard from ya in a while.
  24. I'm glad you made it though all of this and your healing has started. May I ask what rear tire did you have on the bike and what was the condition before the accident?
  25. I'm not sure of what adapter is needed. I remember some adapters came with the kit but somewhere I remember going to Ace Hardware for some adapter. Just screws on. I'll pull mine apart tomorrow and check for u.
