  3. The rear I bought last week from Denis Kirk for $125.00 shipped is 4307. Not bad.
  4. I just went out to the parking lot to check mine the front is 3105 installed last year and the rear I can't see yet and no room to roll it around. Will check it later.
  5. I have owend both and the only thing's I noticed was with the RSTD the handle bars were a bit wider and it didn't feel as top heavy. Over all I loved the bike for the comfort, power, and handleing. It's a great bike! The rear seat is not as comortable as the RSV but thats not a driver issue.
  6. If you have a jack it's not hard to fix "if you don't want to leave it for a week at the dealer" just follow this post or print it and take it to the dealer. http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=1705
  7. Sorry it got throwed away saturday morning. I can tell you that after 16k miles it hade 1/32 tread left and we did 3 rolling burouts about 80 to 100 feet long before we cooked it and it still felt more firm than the dunlop I did last year and it still had sings of tread. I did go back with AVON and always will from now on.
  8. Did the burn out friday and put new tire on saturday.

  10. I will be puting on my 2nd AVON rear tommorow. The one on the bike now has 16k miles on it and rain grove is about 1/32 deep in center. I plan to use that up today on the way home playing and will burn the rest off when I get home. I have never got this many miles out of a tire or this kind of performance. It's AVON's for me from now on!
  11. As far as the clicking did you put it back together without the wheel first to get it in line? http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=1705 I have done this to a friends bike to stop clicking noise and it worked.

He called every night to keep me updated and said it was the ride of his life. Enjoy the ride! Thats what it's all about. Not sure about the air ride but someone here will know. Good Luck and have a SAFE trip.

  19. It's unreal how loud they are when they blow. Me and a friend got bit by a "road gator" about a month ago we too were lucky I got hit in the leg and he lost a blinker but we were lucky enough to ride home and change our shorts.
  20. It's 5 PSI over sidewall max. I also have the small front tire.
  21. I run 45 PSI front and 50 PSI rear I now have 16k miles on mine and just about ready for a new rear. I also ride "sport like" and the AVON's put the Dunlops to shame.

    Bad boy horn

on the stebel i took the chrome cover from the inside and glued it to the top then glued the outer one on as well.
  23. Now you can loose those chrome rotor covers and show of those saw blade rotors.
  24. I too was very impressed with the AVONS in the rain. They don't look like the would do as well as they do. Glad you made it safe! I wonder if she will ever run out of rain? I'm starting to get a little P.M.S. myself.
  25. grab the lid and twist it a little and they will pop open.
