I like it! :happy34: They have there own sound and seem to have it together. They remind me of Earshot and Shinedown not that they sound the same but the fact they don't sound like everyone else. Thanks for shareing. Keep us old metal heads posted.

I had 2 of those. Not bright at all the ones I had only had 2 bulbs in them. one at each end.

I have them and have taken them apart. The only thing that could rattle would be your clamps or the pop rivits holding the tips on. as far as repacking there is only about 1" of packing at the rear of the pipe just to keep the heat off the tips. People pack them to quiet them down.

I run my AVONs at max pressure and get more miles from them. I too want to feel every rock on the road and not tire roll in the turns.

I changed my front today on lunch break and everytime I get done I look at a HF changer and say "one of these days I'm going to buy one of those" I seem to have more trouble with the smaller front than any I have ever done. My local "stealer" charges $70.00 so I don't mind busting a nuckle or two.

If your low speed handling is ok then stay with stock sizes. If you have a hard time at low speeds the drop the front to a 140 or 130. -

The brakes on the older wings are funny. you have to take the caliper off to bleed them the bleeder valve is not at the top. They are easy to work on I made $1500 profit on one a couple years ago. Go for it!

I have a carb tune. I know I'm not going to get more horsepower by fuel but I want to run something clean with no ethinol and maybe gain some throttle response. I just don't want to do any damage in the prosess. Thanks for the input I will probley just get 100 octane and check the sync one more time.
