Mine Bolts To The Rear Seat There Are Two Bolts On The Front Of The Rear Down By The Fender Seat On Venture I Can't Remember How The Tour Deluxe Rear Seat Was On. -

I USE A HAIR DRYER UNTIL THE DECAL BUBBLES THEN PEAL IT OFF THEN ZIPO LIGHTER FLUID FOR RESIDUE. HAVE DONE MANY THIS WAY WITH NO PROBLEMS.
