I was talking to my wife on the matter of car tires and the opinions expressed here.I'am one person who is open to new ideas and would be willing to try a car tire on my Bike after all the evidence is in.She told me if we could not afford MC tires to get rid of the Bike.The Boss has spoken and I will obey for now lol. It can be cut on the bike .But if you want to do a good job take it off and bring it to a window dealer.I got mine done for $30(super job).Cut 4 inches off which will make it the same size as the short ones you buy.IMHO. I just love mine ,a bit more wind but thats what i like lol. Bucky Thompson -

Check (err money order) for registration went out this morning and i have 5 days booked at the motel.Let the games begin and the good times roll.I think Keith R and his brother from NFLD will be travelling with us from N.B. if they get off the boat in time lol.Looking forward to meeting a lot of good people. Yesterday as I was driving in town I could smell something Like a wire burning. i thought it might be coming from the car in front of me.Today my Radio has no sound.It comes on and I can change channels the whole works but no sound.Burnt wire or a fuse ? I now have Ride on Tire sealant in my Tires with air.My Question is what will happen if I take out the valve and replace the air with nitrogen ? Anything ? Will the sealant leak and make a mess ? Has anyone done this ? Thanks in advance. Bucky Thompson

I just got my Battery checked today (load on it ).The fellow said it was like new.This is going to be my 4th summer so I wanted to be sure the Battery was good.The only extra i have on the Bike is a Light Bar and a Stebel Horn which is wired direct and a GPS which I will Plug in to the 12V outlet.The only thing new for this year is the GPS.Do you folks think The original Battery will handle all this ? Started work at 4pm .About 4:45 got called into the office.My Boss ask me if I wanted to leave early .HELLO !.I said sounds good to me .After a few pics and hand shakes with my co-workers I was back home about 6 pm or so getting paid time and a half till midnite.You gotta love it .Played poker with the family and friends from 7 to 11:30.Boy I like this. Time to start making my plans for Kitchener and do a few chores around the house waitng for the good weather. Bucky

Anybody have Kuryakan grips on their Venture and how do you like them ? Any vibration with the weights removed ?Or do the grips compensate for this ?I'am thinking on putting them on the Beast.Let me know please if you can help .Thanks in advance. Bucky Thompson

I had the same problem and it was the fringe i added to the levers.Doesn't take much .Hope that does solve your problem.You will have to get the ones that attach on the end of the weights.

Did anyone else happen to read the article on Spyware coming from China.They were found in different products including the GPS.I was reading it on CNN about 3 or 4 days ago.Makes U stop and wonder What is going on Here ?

Report on CNN says 1 in every 100 Americans are in Jail or Prison right now. Yammer Dan is a Busy Man lol.He`s way under paid for sure.Hope this does not offend anyone.I just found it amazing.
