    We have the ability to use internal and external amps. I wonder if j&m would have kits available for two and four speaker updates for our bikes.

    Or maybe they'll put those led lights all over the place. That'll make more power! Back in the day we didn't need them disco lights! We rode the bikes, didn't park them for bike night bling bling... Everyone has their thing.. Who am I to be the judge. If you dig gps and apps, cool.... If you dig lights..... Cool. But what about cup holders.. 😂😁👍

    My Venture beeps like that if the key fob is too far from the bike. Sometimes when I get off quick, it will beep and a light flashes. Very limited range to the fob

    I put 3m paint protection on most of the areas where I thought would be susceptible to scratches and chipping. So far so good

    I got hit sitting at a red light minding my own business... Crap happens. Not saying you're wrong, but you can do everything right and still get the wrong end of the deal.

    Yamaha is sending out a USB drive I believe the update will be preloaded.. Maybe try that when you get it... Or go to the dealer and they can call tech support.

    Are you downshifting multiple gears after you are stopped? I have had where I had to let the clutch out a little before it would engage, then I could continue to shift into first. I like th downshift while in motion if at all possible.

    My paint is beautiful. I have asked many other owners of our bike if they had issues with their paint.. Not one other person had any negative response. I believe that this might be a small number that if in fact is a plant issue will get fixed....

    No I kept my old friend my roadstar. Three bikes was too many for me to keep on the road.

    I'm gonna warn you now... It's a dangerous thing to do.. But if you must test ride it, bring your checkbook. My wife made me buy one when we finished our ride.. Of course I didn't complain. Oh and I came from riding a Honda st1300. So it was a totally different experience..

    Just wanted to let you know that I bought this cable from this vendor, who called j&m who verified that this cable is the same as the yamaha version but alot more money it.     It's only for the j&m 801 series headsets. That's what yamaha is selling. I've also been told that the harley cable for the 801 speakers it the same as yamaha
