:lightbulb:I was thinking about Spam. My Mom fried it for the meat entree. I found this recipe and knew you guys would just love to expand your pallet. Spam Cupcakes 2 cans Spam, grated 2 eggs, slightly beaten 2/3 cup quick-cooking oatmeal 3/4 cup milk 4 cups prepared mashed potatoes Snipped fresh chives, for garnish » Glaze: 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon mustard 2 tablespoons white vinegar 1 tablespoon water Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray muffin tin with cooking oil spray. Combine Spam, eggs, oatmeal and milk in large bowl; mix well. Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full with Spam mixture. Lightly press with back of spoon. Whisk glaze ingredients together and spoon over Spam mixture in muffin cups. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until set. Remove cupcakes from oven. Place oven rack 2 to 3 inches from heat source and heat broiler. Top each cupcake with mashed potatoes. Return to oven and broil 2 to 3 minutes, until potatoes are lightly browned. Garnish with chives. Makes 12 cupcakes. MIKE aka Uturn

Example is Hunting license in VA. Used to be we bought one license. HUNT! Then they passed the "Big Game" Another license. Then we started using bows (archery) OOPS - Another license. Came back to black powder - Wud you believe it - Another license. So back when - I had a driving license. Drive/ride anything. Then they said I needed an MC endorsement. Initially got it (no charge). Now they charge for the endorsement. Now we hear it is only for two wheels (some states). You got a trike, oops another endorsement - sidecar, whoopee, another endorsement. MO MONEY!!! Will it stop? Probably not - when they see additional revenue. I agree with some taxes when there is a benefit gained. But sometimes enough is enough when it just feeds them SOB politicians greed. EVERCLEAR is that stuff that when I was "Young and Stupid" I mixed up in the cooler a lot of cut-up fruit and many types of juices (mostly grape). Well, I got older!!! And maybe a little wiser ! ? ! MIKE aka Uturn

If anyone ever goes to Hawaii - get used to - Spam is a staple that no local cupboard is without. Also, Spam and eggs are a breakfast entree at McDonald's. MIKE aka Uturn

If you could come down and fly out of Norfolk, VA - you can park your scoot free at the terminal. My buddy does it for 5 days at a time. He even leaves his helmet and rest bag on the bike and if you can believe it, no one has ever bothered anything. This and riding the HOV is a couple of perks bikers get.
