About a year ago, something seemed to break in the starter switch of my 1987 Yamaha Venture Royale. There seems to be something lodged behind the switch, making it hard to press it for starting. I have tried on a number of occasions to remove the switch but I'm not finding any good tech details on disconnecting the throttle cables and all of that. Has anyone had this problem and can anyone point me toward good information on how one would change this switch out? Thanks

I bought my First Generation Venture Royale from my uncle in PA. Transporting the bike back to my home in Iowa on a trailer, the antenna broke off. I have two problems: 1. I can't unscrew what's left of the antenna from the socket. It turns but doesn't come out. 2. I have been unable to find an antenna like it. This antenna was all metal and a spiral section at the base. Can anyone help me with this?
