S C R C.... Southern Cruisers Riding Club is the one Bob is talking about, i think. I belong to the 383 chapter in Toronto. I enjoy riding with them. We go for rides every wed evenings and quite often trips are planned on week ends too. Met lots of good folks in the club.

wow!! What he did may be idiotic, but man....that was some good riding. Wish I had the kahunas to be able to ride like that. Hey...you only live once.
-
There's your problem right there. You are not supposed to ride a Harley that far! You shine your Harley, ride it to the coffee shop, get your coffee and stand besides it wearing your Harley Davidson jacket and bandana and watch your Harley buddies admire it.

Okay...I wear one, then what do i do with the other one?

Maintenance day?? looking at #5, i would think you guys had a demolition derby....

Okay.....never mind Charlie....he's already collected his belongings and gone into hiding up in them thar mountains. But i am still interested in a trip that way, around Manitouline area. Dont mind a 2 or even 3 day trip staying in motels. So how about it, guys...Lets start talking. Its your baby, Thomas ( midicat) you may take over...

For those that couldn't make it to port dover...check out this live video cam.. Online Video Platform and Online Video Platform -2 Lots of people have left around now...was shoulder to shoulder earlier when we were there.
-
So all set. We going to try the route Andy suggested. Leaving from Evan's place at eight and hitching up with Ray at Cawthra and Queenway at 8.30 am. Should be fun.:dancefool: Hoping to meet some members at Tim Hortons in Port Dover at 2 pm...

Okay...i had a few options who to go with to Port Dover, but looks like all will make decision last minute, while Ray and Evan had PM'd me, showing interest in going. So.....I am planning to leave 8 am most likely from Church and Front street intersection, near Evan's house if he is still interested. So how about it, Evan? Respond here, so others can join in too, if interested. Now Ray ( PAYSAW) wasn't too sure if he can make it...hoping to hear from him too and anyone else interested in hooking up with us. We will be going along QEW, 403, AND HWY 6 South, unless someone has a better route to take. Ben?? Taking time off? would be nice if you can. We need someone to pay for coffee along the way. Hey Andy, you are a bit out of our path, i believe, unless you want to meet us somewhere near Hamilton? Oh....for members that want to meet in PD...we normally gather at the Tim Hortons at 2 pm, and hang around till 2.30 or so. So come by and say hello to fellow members. Abdul.

Good memory, Brian....that post was on the Kitchener meet and greet thread few weeks ago. Abdul.

A bit concerned about the forecast for rain :rain2:on sat.. Will take car if there is rain. Lets all check here late friday for last min info. Coffee will happen regardless. Want to meet on 'CHAT' at 10 pm friday night?
-
Good hosts you guys are... I come to your town, and i have to buy the coffee??? Okay...but I get to keep whatever we win from " Roll up the ream and win".

:bighug:Okay.....How about we all meet at the Tim Hortons at 2 pm for coffee and then we can all go for a short ride if the weather is good, led by one of our local member. So whoever wants to eat lunch in the area, do so before 2 pm, and then meet at TH. My plans for St Jacob is off. Have a few things to sort out in the morning in Toronto, but i will make it by 2 pm in Kitchener. Who ever reads this, please come over...we will be delighted to have you. More the Merrier. :bighug:

You da Maan, Don... What time and which Timmies? And if others want to make it a lunch meet and greet, that will be great too. I know i got Carl all excited now:yikes:......so lets hear your inputs, guys. Abdul.

I have froggtogs two pieces ones...have had to use them only once so far, but am happy with them. Easy to put on or off, and very light and they don't take up too much space to store.
-
Thanks Brad... I think they close around 3.30, and if they close earlier, i can go to the village and kill some time there. markets@stjacobs.com • Thursday and Saturday ALL YEAR 7 am - 3:30 pm • Tuesdays June 12 – August 28, 2012, 8 am - 3 pm If it works out, would be nice to have you guys come for coffee too...and bring along Swifty and whoever else that has the time. Abdul.
-
Sure, we could meet saturday around 4 or 5pm for coffee. If thats okay, then me and mrs can go early to the St Jacobs Market and when it closes around 4 pm, we can meet in Kitchener on our way back. If that's not convenient for you, then Marcarl meet sounds good. Am not really in a hurry. Let me know. Thanks. Abdul.

Does that mean its mine then? Okay, how do we do this now? I can ride over, or you can bring it at the MARCARL meet. If you going to Port Dover, we could meet at the Tim Hortons at 2 pm, as has been our custom with the venturerider.org members all these years.... And thanks to you too, Barry. Abdul.

Sorry to hear about your situation, brother. Hoping all works out for you soon.
