Rode just over 200 kms today.Beautiful day for riding bikes. Quite a few riders out today riding... rode to Guelph and back. Felt so good getting a ride in, in the middle of january.

I never have any flu shots or vaccinations. Never been to a doctor in over 20 years. i don't take a single drug....not even aspirin. I refuse to take tylenol prescribed to deal with the pain after a visit to the dentist. I even refused to take the antibiotics i was prescribed after my TURP surgery this summer....dint tell the doc though....and i didn't die.I feel the body is capable of taking care of these little inconveniences.... Have never had a headache for as long as i can remember. Never had a bad cold in years. Was down with a cold or flu or whatever you want to call it, this last week, but just let it run its course...just tried to drink water as much as i could and eat well. Not saying i am superman...i could fall on my face tomorrow and die of something, but hey, we all got to go when its time. I just don't have too much faith in the drug industry. Surgeries and fixing bones is a different thing...you have to get them fixed if the are fixable. Take Care you all, and stay away from Drugs....yes....all kinds of drugs. Forgot to mention....i am a senior citizen. Abdul.

yeah.... A starving artist is an artist who sacrifices material well-being in order to focus on their artwork. They typically live on minimum expenses, either for a lack of business or because all their disposable income goes toward art projects.

Me and Bob have decided to go on strike since we have been without a contract for far too long now, and repeated requests have fallen on deaf ears... or dead batteries, in Carl's hearing aid. Now we know you are Dutch, Carl, but those batteries are supposed to be changed every year....not every decade! The conditions we had agreed to, verbally, ( BIG MISTAKE) haven't been adhered to. We know you always used to eat mini ice cream cones before, whenever we made ice cream stops...and i believe we have pics to prove that somewhere...will try and fish them out. I think Bob should have one of those in the files...but since hiring us, you been eating double scooped cones. Why do we get a feeling the funds supposed to come our way, have found their way in to someone else's pockets?? So we need to sit at the table again, and sort this problem out. And we request management send someone else to bargain with......anyone......except of course, Big Tom:scared:. ...cause we all know if he was to deal with the situation... Starving artists.....Bongobob and Chabicheka. :bawling:

I was planning on going friday, but have a nasty cold right now.....so they ain't getting my 20 dollars this time around to walk around aimlessly through out the day. Besides, i don't really need anything. Been to the other show at the Convention centre, anyhow..

Hi Ben...welcome back. Me and Shah are planning to be there. Hopefully see you all there, sat. We too have a funeral to attend in the morning, but should be done by 3 pm or so. Auf Wiedersehen! Wont be making this one, sorry. Found out there will be lunch after the funeral, thus we will be too full to eat anything at the Burlington meet. Next time....Sorry CARL...hope you dont have to rewrite the speech cause of this. Abdul
