As others said - prep is the worst part! They wheeled me into the OR and I knew nothing until I saw my wife's smiling face a little while later.

12 of the Most Winding Roads Around the World

Wow. That's all I got. You would not find me on some of these. -
The lighter plug in the back is plugged into my battery tender plug. I have never noticed that plug before. Maybe I should use the plug you are referring to to power the lighter adapter in the back and use the battery tender plug to go forward for my USBs ??

I think I have my shopping list done. I am adding OEM driving lights to my '07 RSV with this switch: http://www.autoswitch.com/index.php I assume that since the lights are an OEM option, I should not have any issues with amp draw. I am going to put two of these in my faring http://www.3brpowersports.com/PanelTAPP.htm These will power a Garmin and an iPhone. I have a lighter adapter in the back that is rarely used but my wife uses it occassionaly to charge her phone. First, I am thinking my Garmin and phones should be pretty low amp so there should be no alternator issues, correct? I could have Lights, Garmin and iPhone all powered at one time. Second, can I just tap into the lines going into the existing lighter plug to power the two USB's or do I need to run the lines to another source? Thanks for the help - I don't play with electric very often!

I usually don't have a problem tripping the traffic light sensors on the big ol' RSV but twice in the past week I got stuck. I wanted to know how they work and was surprised that they do not detect weight. Maybe everyone else knew this already, but I'm slow. http://www.wikihow.com/Trigger-Green-Traffic-Lights

I like the looks of that Snaggletooth. If there are USB's that can put in place of two switches I may be sold on that. I use the USBs to power Garmin and iPhone. I also just found this that could be a winner... http://www.autoswitch.com/as7-technical-support.php

I just renewed my bike registration in PA for $18.00

Hope you stick around here Steve! I hate to hear stories like that but I, and everyone else here, understands like no one who has never ridden can understand. This is a family. I will be gone for months at a time but like the prodigal son, I am always welcomed back. You are always welcome no matter how many wheels are under you.

Just ordered some OEM driving lights. Now I gotta figure out a switch. What I would love is something reservoir mounted that included a toggle switch and a couple of USBs. I can't find that but I found this. It would be easy to get to and discreet. Anybody have any other suggestions? http://www.cruisercustomizing.com/bikers-choice-oval-mini-push-button-handlebar-switch-kit-for-1-inch-diameter-bars-chrome-each/part/BC-370268?action=fitment

Wow. I wonder why they had to "get going before the cops get here"?

I like the large sweeping curves but also do not like the "twisties". When I am on tight turns I will take them at my speed. When I ride with my brother, who loves tight turns, we just agree that at some point he will wait for me to catch up.

I had Venoms on my 07. Sidewalls were cracking and dealer had Dunlop 404s in stock. i love them but based on reviews I don't expect to get more than a year out of them. I'm going E3 next time around.

OEM tool bag plus a ratchet and socket set. Rain gear if we're out for more than a couple of days. Plexus and polish and a couple of rags. Spare batteries for the camera. A couple of cables for iPhone or Garmin. The pump for the shocks and a small electric pump for tires. Oh, and a quart of oil. For some reason, I always have to have a quart of oil in my car trunk or the saddlebag. Never had to use any - but have to have it.

I would absolutely trust her and would love to do it. If only...

Betty has her new shoes (Dunlop 404's) so we are ready to ride for the North. I can easily get to PA and can meet anyone within a day's ride of Southern PA.

I got stuck at home with tire problems I'm out 'til Saturday.

My wife and I will be going for a ride Sunday. Didn't have a particular destination in mind but if this is still going we'll head to Gettysburg. I played a lot at the beginning of this but have kind of drifted away from VR of late. I subscribe to this thread so I see people having fun - I just wasn't participating! I'm back though so whether it's this target or the next, I'm in!
-
If this lasts until Sunday, I'll play for the first time since about page 10 of this thread!

yeah that wasn't a very flattering review. I think I'll look at the Sparrow a bit more.

Does anyone have any experience with this product? https://www.denniskirk.com/slime/mini-smart-spare-kit.p282558.prd/282558.sku I like the compact pump. My saddlebags fill up fast when we are gone for more than a few days.
