I don’t understand how the Covid became so politicized other than an opportunity to blame someone. A virus cannot be controlled by a politician but panic can be controlled by media. My area has been partly shut down for months, masks required, and numbers are climbing. I may get it, I may die from it but I refuse to hide from it, blame it on my right of freedom or on my stupidity if you want. Now here are some facts, researched and checked: Percentage of deaths of US population. .07% or 1/1500. Percentage of deaths of positive cases 2.5%. I voted for who I believe to be best for the country, not who thinks they control my health.

I think the marm and I are gonna make a two day trip over to Cumberland Falls and up to Red River Monday-Tuesday. (Yes we voted early-no we didn’t mail it in so we have the time). We’ve ridden the Daniel Boone parkway and the park is nice, should have good color now. We won’t have much time so I’m looking for the highlights. She’s never been to the falls, we went to Niagara Falls last year so these may be a little underwhelming.

Right there with ya. Wife n daughters have all those touch screens, proximity keys, back up cameras, yada yada yada on their vehicles they somehow convinced me to buy for them. I drive a 20 year old Chevy 4x4 that I can wrench on. I trust that truck over them all, won’t hesitate to go anywhere in it.

I thought we spoke English here???? My technophobia is why I didn’t buy that new 18 Venture that was on here for 12k a few months ago. This “everything has to be on a computer” thing drives me nuts. I used to be able to walk out of my office, cross the hall, stick my head in the chief’s office, and say one of the fire trucks is broke down. 15 seconds flat. Now I have to access the correct forms, fill em out, email em to him, CC in other captains, Bcc in the mechanic so the chief can call me across the hall to ask if it’s broke. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Keep in mind you can find running/riding 99s in the 2500 range.

AAAHHHH, now y’all went and done it. Boss mans been puttin in some serious overtime without extra pay and while us Americans been saying thank you you had to go and poke fun at his motorcycle. You just thought the exchange rate was what cost you Canadians extra to be here.

If it smells of gas I’d be looking at the carb floats quickly. Stuck floats is the biggest killer of these engines. Any gas drips on the floor? I’ve never been uncomfortably hot on my 07, I’d definitely check the T-stat and coolant. If it had a center stand it was aftermarket, RSVs didn’t come with one.

Be careful what you say if you do to the doc. I have a 5ft spring steel pry bar I was using overhead when it slipped and popped my melon bad enough to stitch. When I told them it was a pry bar it was an automatic assumption somebody assaulted me. I finally talked them out of calling the police but it wasn’t easy. I did admit there are probably people out there who’d love to crack my head but I did that one myself. Second warning: if they want to put staples in your head make sure the nurse doing it is strong enough to squeeze the stapler without using your skull for leverage. She hurt me worse than the pry bar. Good luck with the headache.

I just plugged it in and use it. No extra mods or any problems at all. I made sure all wires are tied up and away from it. I do a lot of night riding and like it.
