Phil make sure the battery is good and connections clean and tight. I had a low voltage symptom for several months 12.9-13v, battery and stator tested good so I replaced the regulator with no change. Replaced the battery due to age and it jumped to 14 volts.
Engine and transmission share the same oil. No separate change required. Notchy shifting/hard to find neutral conditions let you know your oil change is overdue.

I don’t know, I didn’t read the whole law. What I saw is that they have annual inspections and it’s an automatic failure to have a car tire. My wife asked me the same question and my only answer is that we’ll find out if they stop me.
