between Rick's write up, the Clymer book, the oem download and my own brain I was able to change my fork springs. I didn't change any seals. Gotta love the Sonic 1.2's.

Linda and I did Sturgis last August. From there we took I-90 to 14 (also know as the Bighorn Scenic Byway) through the Bighorn Mnts and stayed in Cody that night. Next morning rode into Yellowstone, saw Old Faithful and stayed in West Yellowstone. Up the next morning west side of Yellowstone and across the north side to 212. Rode the byway to Billings spending the night there. Awesome riding, Linda had never been west of the Mississippi and was in amazement. We'll be going back again and this time we'll be heading to the road to the sun. I have some family in Kalispell so we can see them too.

Ya, if you were grabbed by your "tail" and pulled out of your nice comfortable bed you'd also say/do anything to get back in.

There is also a mounting block for this passing light bar that someone on here makes. It will make life a hole lot easier when working / cleaning the fairing. Then there's the Butt Butler, Diamond R back rest, sonic 1.2 fork springs, etc. etc. etc -
I use mine, can never have to much info

Yep, cleaned a coworkers puter this week, the crap that can be gotten in the "free world".

I have 10,000 on my Michelin Commanders and they're still looking great, they ride great also. Havent had the avons but the bike came with the 404's. the Michelin Commanders are much better than the 404's.

Beefier springs, fork oil change, and steering head lubed!
jer878 replied to 1joeranger's topic in Watering Hole
I did the same thing this spring. put the 1.2 sonic springs in. Did you get 2 pcs of the grey pipe? You need 2 pcs of the pipe for loading. Mine came with 1 and I had to go to the HD and buy a 10 footer. I gave Sonic a heads up. They told me they would be shipping 2 pcs from then on, just wondering if you got the 2 or not. Big ride difference with the 1.2 springs, love them. -
I'm liking the seat height being of short inseam and all. Saw a couple of these on our 4300 mile trip to Sturgis / Yellowstone. May have to investigate further.

I pick this up, I saw it on sleez-bay. I called them and bought direct. It's alum. frame and tound, chrome coupler, torshion axle, cool tray and LED lights. $695.00 + shipping $79 or $139. Pulls very nice don't know it there. No sway or bounce. The cartop acarrier seams a little cheesy but it held up and is like new after a 4300 mile trip this summer. And it locks. you can see it here on sleez-bay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2010-Pull-Behind-Motorcycle-Trailer-Cargo-Tow-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem1c178ef55eQQitemZ120654329182QQptZMotorcyclesQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories Or their site here. http://www.theusatrailerstore.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=71&Itemid=89 Best deal I found for something new and alum. Oh, chrome wheels too.

That's bound to slow down the work progress.

You may see us (and the scoot) in a soup commercial
jer878 replied to SilvrT's topic in Watering Hole
I've seen it now. Nice to see a real bike in a commercial! -

I have this tach also. It's a tight fit to clip on the plug wire. I'd like to have one with the pick up separate from the meter. I haven't found one yet. Kinda stopped looking after getting the 325. If anyone has other tach suggestions I'd be glad to listen.
