  21. Yes if you tell Rick you are inseam challenged, he will take foam out of the seat area and narrow the front of the seat a bit, I had it done, it is well worth it. Also find boots with the thickest sole and heel and if you can get used to just putting your left foot down at most stops you will be good to go. Probably lowers seat ht 1-1.5in. also running little to no air in the rear shock will get you lower to the ground. I am a towering 5'5":rasberry: Craig

  25. Makes me wonder how they know you have a mild blockage, I never smoked but I ate way too many pizzas!! Had really poor eating habits. They will give you a diet that is almost impossible to stick to and tell you to start exercising daily, and maybe a couple pills. Check you over once a year to see if its getting any worse. Exercise and diet helps alot for me, your results may vary:080402gudl_prv: Craig
