Would be interested in buying the hard bags from you if you are interested in shipping them. I also have an 07 Hannigan, mine has the inverted ford rear. Gearing seems fine although I dont come out of 4th till about 70mph.

The way I isolated my whine was to just pull the clutch in while at "peak" whine. If it goes away its a pretty good bet its the clutch, if it keeps on whining its either the rear end or the tires.
It dont cost much to try, do it at a safe speed in a safe area.

Sorry to hear about the crash, but glad to hear you are not banged up too bad. Hopefully someone in the area can help with the bike.
All the best, Craig
Congrats to two of the nicest people I know! Come on up to the NY Rally so we can catch-up. Ya know the reason you enjoy that 99 so much is because Ron keeps it running like a top:thumbsup2:

Might be wishful thinking on my part, but it would really be awesome if Pioneer had the new Venture avail. for test rides that weekend:thumbsup2:

Nah, I am from the "fun" era... 50's & 60's No phones, no computers, no video games, just went out and played. Of course we did have to hide under our classroom desks in case there was an atomic bomb dropped!

I have the same thing every once in awhile. I always park it with a full tank and wondered if the heat from the engine made the gas in the tank expand enough to push alittle out the overflo's. Never see any puddles so I really dont worry about it. I am sure you will get other opinions.

About 2.5 to 3 yrs ago I picked up a bike for a member here. Drove it home from Kansas and parked it in my garage, topped off the tank and added seafoam. Its just been sitting all this time, I recently purchased a new jump pack and just for giggles I hooked it up to the bike, It kicked rite off and spit and sputtered for about a minute and then smoothed rite out and just purred. Throttle response was great and if it was licensed and insured I would have taken it for a ride. Hope you are just as lucky!!

I had a Corbin on my RSV, it did not look like yours. Mine was cut much deeper, at 5'10" you would have easily flatfooted on mine. As Corbin stated it looks like seat was a custom design for someone.
