  1. My next door neighbor Bob, may he rest in peace, was a great guy and old school mechanic. He would borrow equip from me all the time and I never minded that he did. When he returned the stuff it looked and ran better then it had in years. He swore by marvel mystery oil, used it in everything. I dont know how or what mix ratio he used but all I remember him talking about was that stuff, he swore it could fix anything. Craig
  2. I would put my money on a new battery, 10 yrs is a long time for a bike battery. Craig
  3. Would be interested in buying the hard bags from you if you are interested in shipping them. I also have an 07 Hannigan, mine has the inverted ford rear. Gearing seems fine although I dont come out of 4th till about 70mph. Craig

  7. The way I isolated my whine was to just pull the clutch in while at "peak" whine. If it goes away its a pretty good bet its the clutch, if it keeps on whining its either the rear end or the tires. It dont cost much to try, do it at a safe speed in a safe area. Craig
  8. Awe bummer, hoped they would at least have one on the floor. Craig
  9. Guess we are going to have to leave alittle earlier to make that happen...Like 2 days earlier:crying:

  14. Congrats to two of the nicest people I know! Come on up to the NY Rally so we can catch-up. Ya know the reason you enjoy that 99 so much is because Ron keeps it running like a top:thumbsup2: Craig
  15. If you like loud, the Samson fishtails are great looking pipes. Keep a look out on ebay, they pop up every once in awhile. Craig
  16. Ya never cease to amaze me Eck. Looks like another cool project! Do you have a "home" for this one yet? Craig
  17. So very sorry... I dont know what to say. Craig
  18. Hey Chuck we are planning on leaving thurs. at about 8:30am. We talked with Wiz and Tina about meeting up above State College. We can finalize when it gets closer. Craig
  19. Might be wishful thinking on my part, but it would really be awesome if Pioneer had the new Venture avail. for test rides that weekend:thumbsup2: Craig
  20. Pennsylvania is the same way and to add insult to injury, you have to pay to drive on some pretty bad stretches of toll road:bawling:
  21. Sounds like a great adventure, if ya get a chance take some pics and keep us up to date on the trip. Craig
  22. Nah, I am from the "fun" era... 50's & 60's No phones, no computers, no video games, just went out and played. Of course we did have to hide under our classroom desks in case there was an atomic bomb dropped! Craig
  23. I have the same thing every once in awhile. I always park it with a full tank and wondered if the heat from the engine made the gas in the tank expand enough to push alittle out the overflo's. Never see any puddles so I really dont worry about it. I am sure you will get other opinions. Craig
  24. I think "most of us" have kids born before 1977, mine was born in 1970... Craig
