Thanks for the correction Black Owl, I don't know how many people are aware that the only memorial to the Canadian Vets is in Windsor Ont, it was donated by 3 Michigan vets who wanted to show their appreciation and recognition of Canadian's who fought and died in Nam. Check out this web site. http://www.geocities.com/Pentagon/5344/cvvm.html Ian

Sunday was the annual Run to the North Wall, where over 400 bikes rode down to the Detroit river to join in the ceremony comemorating the Canadians that served and died in Vietnam. This is the article in tomorrows paper. http://www.windsorstar.com/Cars/Hundreds+gather+Windsor+commemorate+Vietnam+veterans/1742251/story.html God Bless our Troops Ian

More Stories on the RSV Float Levels
ibents replied to V7Goose's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
You know goose this is a brilliant idea, a video of the removal, setting and installation of the carbs would certainly help alot of us, Its to bad this wasn't thought of at MD when you were helping the lucky guys getting theirs done. If Gunkylump gets down there I'll have to make sure he takes a video camera . Ian -
Good luck on your trip Carl, although politicians wouldn't know good advice if it jumped out and bit them. Ian

Bob, I'm so sorry to hear about this and so glad that you are both OK. Like Brad said its only metal that can be repaired or replaced, I think someone must have been looking out for you, because accidents like that don't always have a good out come. Take care my friend. Ian

Front Wheel Removal questions
ibents replied to johnny-canuck's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
One thing I didn't see mentioned and it may sound silly but make sure that the wheel is put back on with the correct tire rotation. I know my Venom's have an arrow showing the rotation. Ian -
Thanks Larry, I know its a mess around the bridge and bikes aren't allowed through the tunnel, so I guess we'll navigate it OK. Ian

Good post guys, we have our ride for dad this Sun 31st and it will have a special significance this year as I was diagnosed with prostate cancer the beginning of March. I saw the surgeon today and have been schedualed to have robotic surgery first of Nov...health system moves slow....as you guys have said, get your PSA tests done, not fool proof but a good indicator of something going on.
