Hey all, I'm sure this has been covered but I havent been on in a while. I have small hands and my clutch hand gets pretty fatigued in traffic. I'm not familiar enough with hydraulic clutches and wonder if I can adjust the stroke or something to reduce the span or the tension on the lever, or if I just have to live with it? It's not a deal breaker, but it does get pretty crampy feeling . Any advice will as always be greatly appreciated.

. I don't see any name or marks on them, and they are in OK shape but not pristine.

Saturday, October 1st, I finally got my dream bike. An '01 venture. It's got 54k miles and needs some TLC, but runs and rides just as awesomely as I knew it would. Being a venture noob, I took it to my "go to " bike guy, my nephew, who lives and breathes bikes and has been riding and building custom and race bikes of all kinds for 20 years (currently riding a tricked out Harley) . I posted a thread earlier about quieting down my bike, which as it turns out has some "nice aftermarket slip ons probably about 3 or 4 hundred bucks" . My venture does indeed sound awesome, at least according to everyone who has heard it run ( except my wife, lol) but I'm not a loud bike kinda guy, so I'm thinking I'd like to maybe find someone with compatible OEM mufflers who wants to trade. I live in lapeer, MI, and it would have to be someone within an hour's ride, or who was willing to come to me due to budget and time restraints. I also don't have a clue how big a job it is changing them, but It doesn't look too complicated. Anybody interested reply to his thread and we can go from there. I'm looking into some aftermarket baffles to quiet my 01 down. Wondering how much effect it has on tuning/performance. We spend a lot of time putting around on back roads and we ( the wife and i) want our bike as quiet as possible.

I should probably add that it has 54k miles.

My 01 is losing about 2 drops of gear oil overnight after a 40 ish mile ride. I'm planning on doing a ton of work on the bike when I park it for the winter. My question is will I be ok to ride as long as I'm closely monitoring the oil level, or is this a sign of something I need to address more urgently?

Just got my 01 Venture last weekend. Rode at night for the first time and realized how bad the windshield is. Is there a way to restore it? I've heard you can use lemon pledge furniture polish, but I'm not touching it with anything unless I'm sure it won't get worse.

got my 01 venture from a big dude. 300 lbs. He had about 80 psi in the rear shock so i lowered pressure to 35psi. Now she bounces. Bad shock?
