BuddyRich, You just had to go and mention this didnt you??? Mine was doing fine until I read your post .. :rotf: After reading your post / thread on the rear shock leaking, and you wanted to know how many has had the problem..I went out and looked at mine, and low and behold...mine is leaking too... Now mine is not as bad as yours (by the pictures you posted), but Im sure with in another week or two it will be. It looks like mine just started to leak... I will be calling the dfealer to morrwo for the warenty replacement. Is there a special part number they use to replace the defective ones with??

Jim, Sorry your not getting any replies on this from the group..hang in there.... I can only guess, and I have a couple that you could check out... (1) The carbs are set to lean. When you give full throttle, you have way to much gas.....and it overflows with fuel. (2) Possibly the floats are beinginng to stick and fill the carbs more than they need to be.....again overflows with fuel (3) Have you sync'd the carbs lately?? You could try a can of....ah heck ,my mind just went blank...you know, that stuff you put in with the gas...one can to a full tank of gas...and run the bike. This stuff is mentioned on this site often.. HELP>.........Im blank.......SEA FOAM..yea...thats it.... SEA FOAM... WOW, got my memory back now...

Small Intermittent Coolant Leak

Well, I would love to help answer this question you have, but I truely do not know the answer and I will not just throw out a wild GUESS to you.. The only thing I can offer to help you is to suggest you call or stop by your local dealer and ask the service manager ...or one of the mechanics. You might even take time to call a couple differnet dealers (at random) to get a selection of answers or to see if they are all the same.. I would like to know .. -

Eck replied to Carbon_One's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
Now that looks great!!!!!!!!! Im not sure I would be able to get my jack under my bike with the adapter.. I can barely make it now. Oh yea... (ya better clean the undercairrage while its up there......) :rotf: -
Fred, I used mop & glow a long time ago when I washed my old mobile home.. When I was done the thing would shine like new, and it never turned yellow or cracked.. I washed it about two weeks before I sold it, and ended up getting more for it than I paid for it... Mop & glow works great on vynal siding too....... Your pics look great too...Bike looks very clean!

DITTO...........sciatic nerve .............. perform a seach on it, and then check out the workout / stretchs she can do to help eliminate it. I have it myself...numbness in right butt cheek..thigh and behind my shin aches and foot goes to sleep...

Do you think the wax from the mop & glow will eventually turn yellow (sun-fade) and then have all these small crack marks in the wax?? Guess youll have to remove it with "wax stripper".... OMG...bet that will take care of all those plastic panels

DONT THINK YOU NEED TO ....OR SHOULD ....REJET THE CARBS. disconect and plug the AIS..it wont pop at all......... You can either remove the entire AIS system... or... install (2) 3/4 inch in diameter by 1 inch long wooden dowels in the two hoses as specified in tech section. Works great.....and a whole lot cheaper......
