Condor, You might want to consider using some plastic (or steel) window screen and lay pieces of it over the wet repaired area, then cover it with more of the repair plastic, thus embedding it within the plastic for strength... you can always drill thru it later if you wanted to add a hole for attaching something, but it will provide strenth to weaker areas. And in case I didnt explain that right.. here are the steps of my thoughts.. Pre cut screen piece(s) to fit damaged area(s). Next apply a wet coat of repair plastic (whatever you choose to use) over and around the damaged area. Emmeidately push the screen down into the wet repair plastic. Let that sit for a short time to set up a little, then Apply second coat of repair plastic over the screen covering it and sandwiching it between the two coats of repair plastic. Once it is dry, you can sand and paint.. If your repairing an area that has a hole in it for a bolt to go thru, you can also sandwich a steel washer in the pastic that the bolt will go through and this will also provde you better strength around a bolt hole.

Sounds like you already inspected and changed out the main culprits of possible causes.. A suggestion only here, but this MIGHT help..but not sure in your case. http://www.tcbbrakesystems.com/ One more thing is you might want to check your wheel alignment (front to rear alignment) -

We made it......wasnt really that bad at all...more crying wolf by the weather man...... Seems every time a cloud or two appears in the sky, our local TV weather man gets so damn excited, that they can only film him from the waste up.

Just a thought.. Did you by chance, just happen to change your engine oil recently???? If so, did you use oil that is made for use in wet clutches..??

Yep, I agree with what Dale said... I don't think you were suppose to have a 99 RSV better try your luck with a newer one..... I dont think the guardian bell is worth much any more either ...it's time for a new one of them too... I bet your insurance man was just delighted when he heard about this 99 being totaled .....like he was with your past 99 that was also totaled i nEureka Springs....Appears to me (and your insurance man) that this is becoming a bad bad habit of yours and those 99's.... So you really ought to consider what Dale said.. Sure am glad you two are ok though!!.
