I looked at the wiring diagram (see attached) and it does show that you have a "hazard" relay flasher and a "turn signal" flasher relay.. Your turn signal flasher my be bad ( or just a bad connection to it) and this may be why your turn signals dont work. I would however first check the turn signal fuse for it might be blown..since you dont have ANY turn signals in front or rear. As for the 4 way flashers... you said 3 work but the left rear does not. I would check that left rear bulb first, check the bulb socket for cleanliness and once you ensure you do have a "good bulb", use dialectric grease prior to reinstalling it. If you determine you do have a good bulb and it still doesnt work, check to see if the socket has power...using a test light . You can "back track" from the left rear socket to determine where your loss of power is at.

I wonder if anyone else has noticed the slight hunting with a narrow tire. It seems to be from slight changes in the breese. Not really an issue tracking in strong winds just changes to the direction of slight breezes. I have noticed this on my smaller front tire.... It felt like it wandered off the path, only for a split second, in one direction or the other, but I am used to it now, and dont really notice it..once in a while I will notice it, but not all the time..makes me think it has to do with the type of pavement Im on..

Hey Murph35640, Have you ever been to the Biltmore estate at Chrismas time...? They have a "special reservations required" dinner for Christmas which is cooked and served IN the Biltmore..... You sit with folks in the Biltmore dinningroom, and pass around bowls of great food.. Only those with the special reservations are allowed inside the builtmore at this time. Almost every room has a Christmas tree in them with all the bells tinsell and whistles.. Really a beautiful experience!

Leaking Valve stem
Eck replied to Saddle_Bag's topic in Venture and Venture Royale Tech Talk ('83 - '93)
You can try to tighten the locking nut to see if it stops the valve from turning (it should tighten up)..however the vavle stem may turn as you do this... If it does, you could try wrapping the rubber portion of the valve step with some cloth or tape, and with pliers, grab the cloth or tape covered portion of the valve stem and hold it "snuggly" while trying to tighten the nut. Do not squeeze the living heck out of it! The cloth or tape adds only a little protection to the rubber stem so do not grip it real tight or you might crush it..if you do, then you will have to remove the tire from the rim and replace the valve stem. You just want to lightly hold the valve step from turning while at the same time your trying to tighten the locking nut. Once the nut gets snug, then you should be able to tighten it a little more with out the valve stem turning at all.. -

I can smell the stench of a cigarette so easy now and it stinks to high heaven. I never realized it until I quit that I used to smell like that.. I dont even have an ash try in my house and wont... I smoked for 43 years and will never go back to smoking.. I feel so much better, and can breath a whole lot better.... Thumbs up to anyone who quits... smoking just plain stinks.......

Reverse bleeding?
Eck replied to Bulldawg's topic in Venture and Venture Royale Tech Talk ('83 - '93)
Cheap way to bleed your brakes.. you can take an empty clear plastic soda bottle, and punch a small hole in the cap. Insert a clear rubber hose that fits onto the bleeder fitting into the hole in the cap and into the bottle... Now place some RTV silicone around the rubber hose on the cap and let it set for about two hours to cure. Now place the bleeder wrench on the bleeder. Grasp the plastic drink bottle and squeeze it to remove some of the air.. While holding that squeeze on the bottle, slip the clear rubber hose over the bleeder. Loosen the bleeder with the wrench. Slowly let your squeezing off the plastic bottle, and it will suck the brake fluid thru the lines and into the plastic bottle thus removing all the air... Keep your eye on the master cyclinder so it does not run empty or you will be sucking air back into the line... Refill master cylinder and your done! -
It would be nice if someone would post a picture of this fuse and its actual location the next time someone has this cover off... A picture speaks a thousand words....
