    This picture is the errant hose. Also, not sure related to hose but after running engine for a few minutes, when I cut it off bike backfires.

    I got a chance to look this evening and I couldn't see any obvious hose or missing connection. I can't really see all the carbs. Do I need to take off some more parts to get a good look? I have attached some more pictures. The hose is running from the back of the bike.

    Thanks for the suggestions. I will take a look and see what I find and post some more pics. It probably won't be until later in the week when I have a chance to work on the bike.

    After changing the oil, and getting ready to put side panel back on, I noticed a dangling rubber hose. Any ideas on what it is and more importantly, where is it supposed to be connected?

    Hello all. I made the rookie mistake of not paying attention and photographing as I took off housing to replace battery. I reinstalled a new battery but can't remember the order where stuff was located. Attached are the pictures of what I am trying to reassemble.

    My 1991 Royal Venture gas tank needs to be replaced. I found a used 1987 gas tank on ebay that seller says will fit the 1991 venture but I wanted to confirm before I made the purchase. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
