Although you like to win, you don't really care so much about competing with others as much as competing with yourself. Your bike is the Yamaha YZF R1. Given how easily the rear wheel on this beast spins up coming out of turns, it is fortunate that you constantly work to improve your skills. (I've seen more R1s crash at track days than any other bike.) It was a close decision with the Suzuki GSXR1000, but your personality seemed a bit more R1-ish. (But hey, I could be wrong. Its only a silly test.) Funny I have looked at the R1:Laugh: But the wife says she don't have enough insurance on me.

Shoddy I can't agree . I have put the same lights as lonestarmedic on my 2nd gen and as many miles as he has I think mine will last for a very long time.And personally I think they look just as good as yours.So to worry about or criticize another... I say to each his or her own. that would be why we call them our own. -

I was curious of others thoughts. I used to change tires on my old HD and never balanced them.Now that I am getting ready to changes the tires on my TD I question to balance or not to balance. I know there has to be a few of you hear with opinions or suggestions. As always thanks in advance for your input. JOHN

Last night on my way home I saw a 2nd gen VR that was heading North out of Williston,ND. Beautiful scoot,Blue w/wolf murals on the rear of the saddlebags.Just curious if anyone my knows who this was. I believe the scoot was from Canada and the plate read ---nek.

Thanks to all, For now the lights are powered thru a 30 amp relay all the time. Couldn't find my tester...think the boys were in the garage again ,not positive ...I am getting older.
