Ok so this is the umpteenth time in my life I have went down on a bicycle.... But this time it had a motor and I went full throtle into what I thought was a banked curve on 2 track well got half way around and it was nothing but mud[emoji23] so um here is the aftermath skin peeled of like a potato twisted handle bars, bent pedal[emoji23] last time it involved motor it was a dirt bike but don't remember doing all this.. @cowpucs syringe idea works really well I have used it, had number 3 sticking before I moved after I had bad reaction to a medicine back in June and my float ended up sticking tried cowpucs Syringe trick cleared it right up and it was a piece of dirt or something.

Well, yea possibly. I kept saying that with mine too guess what it was a bad needle valve that caused me all kinds of problems on Carbs I thought were just rebuilt. I guess it is time to test my Carbs i rebuilt to see how well I did..

Got a good laugh out of it I tell you that much. Now don't know if bee really stung you; But imagine opening your mouth to ask for directions and a bee flys in.....

Um it makes alot of sense to me as I barely had vacuum on one side and had to back the screw out to start getting vaccuum on the one side but anyways I am tired.... May be talking in circles, But do you just take Cat naps there Clark?

I've done more then take my shoes off on bikes but.... Never street bikes.... I have already been told no by someone else to I would ask would it be wise to get boots instead of shoes? This sounds more like the shifting of my 91 Chevy Cavelier, but compared to Tinker and Tweeksis; O can't forget Brown Sugar!!! I would say it would feel Semi Tractorish I am thinking you shift them at low Rpms they don't sound rapped up high while there shifting. Now the cavelier I never took it beyone 2700 while shifting if memory suits me right. My brother on the other hand the 2 times He got to drive my car would take it all the way up to 45 in 1st!!! I did not like that, this Is why he only drove it Twice. of Course we were going 65 before he ever hit 3rd..... I so didnt like that I kinda babied the car a bit... Plus I just got tired of replacing cars about that time...

I still don't understand why Retread is even allowed, these retreads are scattered all about the roads everyday!! I have now heard of the consequences of it happening behind a truck. What I do when I am behind a truck tho if I don't like the sound of the tires I back off and wayyyyyy off. I will not pass semis when I hear that sound. It is a very distinct sound to, it may not be the sound of one getting ready to let loose, But I will not take that chance in anything I am driving or Riding... but I am gonna almost guess they probably don't make a sound until they have let loose.

I think you have said it best, These are all toys we would like, but are they really necessary? I remember after I got my drivers license. I would just go out and drive not really knowing where the road would lead and where I would end up at. Sometimes running out of gas in the most inopportune times. But hell it was fun, with all these gadgets anymore driving has become a chore to me. Well kind of its no longer enjoyable as it used to be. Kind of why I got a bike, loved riding the mini bikes, dirt bikes, and I remember wondering what it would be like to have a street bike. I knew I didn't want those so called bikes I see more then I do Harley's. Well this used to be true anyways till I moved, I have seen some really nice Motorcycles all within blocks of me. I do not give @cowpucs R1 the definition of motorcycle, It is not in my eyes it is nothing but a crotch rocket. Would I like to ride one, Yeah sure but will probably never own one. However that is cowpucs version of my Lamborghini I want I want the ELEMENTO...... love that car. I do love the looks of this new venture and by the time I can afford one I will probably need the gadgets to tell me how to get to Sesame Street. AKA Home lol. Got to love getting old and forgetting where you put your keys.... or remembering where soemthing was so I am sure it will morph into not being able to find my way home.

My seep whole has oil around it I never knew that whole existed lol winter project when I move away from plastic impeller.and put metal one in for water pump.. Ran into an older gentleman this evening While I was out CTFWing. He asked if I was enjoying my Venture, I said sure have for the last 2 yrs. He goes on to tell me he has owned 3 early ventures, and one newer one. The reason he bought one is because of the VMAX motor on the MK1s he said he did have one that was the Royal with all the bells and whistles just didn't seem as peppy as his earlier ones but loved the V4 so much he bought the 2nd Gen. He said he only has ever had one complaint about those and that was the fact that they tried to make it look like something it wasn't. He said he maybe owned a couple of years that is when he got the Royal. He loved the look because it wasn't a wanna be. I told him they have a new Venture now, He said even better V-4. I said nope V-twin. I bet they heard him across the street at the car dealership when he said, WELL THATS JUST ABOUT STUPID!! Told him that alot of people are getting to try them out and he said well I may have to get on one and try it out but the Twin, just shook his head. Said definatly have to try it out. Told him there is a couple of Demos going in Texas soon and there was one in Sturgis Right now. But I could tell he was just like @cowpuc he loved the Ventures and related with them as the Vmax V-4 best motors out there. Showed him a picture of it he was glad that it don't look like anything out there liked the head lights, Which heck with the headlights I love the hole front end of that beauty!! The back could leave some to be desired. It is Crazy seeing this thread I haven't read it till now and yep the poster had some insider info. I think he just got hit with the Twin shock and thought the guy was yanking his leg... the only reason I brink up cowpuc he was at the unveiling and if this guy had been there I am sure they would have been in unison.
