I went to Dr yesterday for my blood sugar this is part of my problem is sugars in everything... Now I have another challenge she didn't like my blood pressure so now its now no salt[emoji33][emoji44]so many things have sodium, natural sugars, added sugar and carbo-hydrates. Its really hard to know what you can and can't eat!!! She asked if I'd be interested in dietician and something else but I'm like heck yes!! I would love to see 140 again but will settle under 200. Then yesterday I was working on the kids bikes and was carrying a crate with my nerf gun and some Allen wrenches and screw driver set and got down to the sidewalk and down I went I felt something pop and went down hard!! So far they say it isn't broke but told me to edge on the side of caution that it could be broke still that ankle fractures sometimes hide on xrays. So hopefully it isn't but I tell ya it hurts and put a damper on me riding bikes with the kids today .. So I settled for a salad and unsalted peanuts for dinner.. Had tuna salad sandwich for lunch with black coffee. But still using store bought 100% whole wheat. I agree you should get skydocs kit and see if yamagrl still has a upgraded battery cable while your that tore down. Worth the money I will say. I have the upgrades and will say her cables are the best I have done to bike I still haven't bought 4 brush starter. I'm at hospital right now I followed in fools footsteps. I have sold things that way, but no one wants to give what your asking around here. Of course chinese scooters are a harder sell people see the 50cc selling for 600 brand new, I kept getting low low offers on my 150cc finally sold it for what I wanted two weeks later. The 50cc I had it sold in a couple days and I more then doubled what I paid but not till after 50-100 offers. Craigslist is quite slow I will say I had the 150cc on there for over 3 months and finally took a leap and put it on facebook..

No boss, still got the silliness no big deal tapatalk stopped working right sometime back in August. Then it kind of came back then they did update to fix bugs. But somewhere between there 20 updates you updated the site. I just have to go to each forum header if I don't want to look at resident bot. I need to spend less time looking at phone anyways. But you would think I could go look at unread threads and get more then 2. Tapatalk tells me threads are trending that aren't. At least when I think of trending I think it would mean highest activity of the day. I have 2 that weren't up to par and that does not look like the one I got. Will say you got very lucky!! The camera I had bought before was $60 I will post video later and show the difference in quality of the record, i was even questioned by the company why I wanted certain things they claimed!! Got to take daughter to Music Therapy so I will Loop record the trip just to show what this crazy cam.

You know the show biggest loser? They dropped weight!! How do they get by with that? Now I did lose more then that in a week average...I was in jail tho they had 2000 calorie diet plus we went to the gym to walk around I lost about 15lbs in a month!! Do you put in hot water? I put in cold tap water and I am lucky 1 hour later its up to 50°C the instructions I found online because mine only tells me to turn on put part in nothing about degassing... Mine I think I can set for 30 minutes max. But anyways the Instructions online suggest adding hot water to it and tells me how to degass and what to expect. Now You got me wanting to go pull rusty nails out of the wall in my garage... not sure if simple green will remove that but be interesting to see. I also noticed if it is running the temperature comes up faster. I have been using it and since Don updated I am not able to view unread forumns like the whats new in here, I get maybe one or two things in unread. IF I want to view new thread I have to view it in timeline section, which also includes are resident bot that throws up all the links for parts to ventures, Not talking about Don :Avatars_Gee_George:but the other bot!! Me Myself and I, tried simple green in the Sonic cleaner. The Simple Green hands down is the better product!!! I also used it today to clean my counter tops and used mean green to clean part of my stove, well lets just say I had to scrub with the mean green and simple green just about was a wipe with a wrag! Plus last night while I was washing my number 2 carb which I had already cleaned with Mean green I still ended up with brown water!! To top that the brackets came out looking like brand new!!
