Got to love traveling when someone else is picking up the bill. The per diem rates are about $61/day.

Looks like I'm going to be in Norfolk next Monday evening for dinner. Any good suggestions? I plan to eat good on the state's dime. LOL

I'm not on the bike this weekend. The wife and I are in the Jeep attending some seminars at Ridgecrest all weekend. May have a few hours if free time tomorrow and drive down the Chimney Rock. The wife never been there and the weather should be excellent. I wished I had time to get together and ride a but while I'm here. But I will be back again. Thanks... I think s out Mark often when I think of all the good times I had at the KIA campground. Being here this weekend really hit home.

While hanging out in Black Mountain, NC today I had to stop at the Mexican restaurant and take time to remember Mark Hopey. Just isn't the same. Ride in Peace my friend...

The two our department had, we couldn't keep running. I rode them some, but was not impressed. They didn't last long.

I do not need anymore kids. I've been trying to get some time with the wife back for several years. Eventually the last one will let loose of mommy's skirt tail so it won't be so difficult to get a little time with my wife.
