Yes folks, for any of you that haven't read it on FaceBook yet, my doctor called me yesterday evening and told me the tumors / masses are continuing to shrink. I had the CT scan last Thursday but not scheduled to see the doctor till tomorrow. I'm sure glad he called me with the good news yesterday instead of having me to wait. Thanks all.

Well the ole girl rolled out of the drive today. I'm back to having one motorcycle in my garage again. Sure glad the Midnight is still here.

Bridge Day is interesting from underneath the bridge too. I got a chance to go across the cat walk under the bridge a couple weeks ago. Jeeps are great and I really enjoy mine when the wife wand kids has to go. Take the top off and let the wind blow. Just a good all purpose vehicle that will go practically anywhere

I wouldn't have missed it. Every Asheville event has been great not only because of the beautiful area, but the people that gather together to make it happen. Its hard to believe its been two years since the last event, and that Mark has been gone two years as well. So glad to see old friends and some new friends. I love you all and consider you all as family to me & Leslie. This will mot be my last as I will return! Just that some of you may not recognize me next time either. (LOL) Thank you Randy & Linda, and to Woody & Trina for all of your work.

What a great ride today. I enjoyed leading the group from Asheville down the Blue Ridge Parkway and down Route 276 past Looking Glass Falls to Brevard. We then went west of US 64 and north on Route 215 to Bethel. From there back south on Route 276 to the Blue Ridge Parkway. And since we didn't have enough twisties, we jumped back off the parkway and down Route 151 on the way back to Asheville. It was a great ride even tho a few of us over heated our brakes. Thanks everyone for such a great day.

What a wonderful thought. This bunch of flowers was delivered to the guy on the smaller trike as a Get Well Gift. He was flattered and was so happy, but it was short lived. He was sniffing the flowers when a bee came out and stun him in the nose. He fell back and crack his head off the table before falling on the ground. Everyone thinking he hurt his head, but nobody asked if he was allergic to bee stings. After a couples hours of him laying on the ground, someone finally called 911. So back to the soda shop again. Hopefully if all goes well he should be ok in a week or so. No big deal, it isn't like he had to go to work next week anyway. http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/08/17/ypu2yvum.jpg

UPDATE: the dude on the little trike was treated and released at the local soda shop. He is now back at the campground recovering afterwards. We believe he will have a full recovery of half his mind. Search continuing for the other half. Also investigation is discovering that the dude was not texting, but was shopping on eBay. He was attempting to bid on a new trike with cruise control, but lost his high bid during the crash. The little trike only suffered minor damage and should be back on the road in a couple years. Until then the roads should be safer.

Easy now Puc. Another First Gen finally showed up. Todd (86er) made it here. PS: at least the Second Gen made it to Asheville.
