  3. I've used Interstate Batteries for several years in all my vehicles, and in the scoot. I got about 5 or 6 years on my last one and have about 2 years on this one without any problems. Interstate Battery also has a exact replacement with new probe that will plug up to the existing wiring....
  4. I read the other day that a study determined that the average for cars and trucks shown for every 5 mph over 60 mph, your mileage will decrease by 10%. Maybe this is true for motorcycles too. Best thing is to drive easy and keep the rpm's lower....
  5. I got mine from Owl, and replaced one on my scoot. Just drill out the hole and bolt in the new ball stud and makes an exact replacement for the stock ball stud. Works well!
  6. I always use the regular at 87 octane and don't have any problems. I mostly ride two up and get from 45 mpg and up...

  13. And how much did the lady get for spilling McDonald's Hot Coffee on her? Sounds like a major liability problem, especially when the workers stated they know about it.
  14. I used an Interstate Battery, works good, lasts good, it comes with the battery sensor too...
  15. I saw on tv a while back where some company was designing something like that for sport bikes. It goes around the engine to protect the bike doing tricks. It would protect very well against dropping them over, but none for touring bikes yet....

  22. Well, I'm on the other side of the fence. I like the XM Radio. I am addicted, it is hard for me to listen to FM after being exposed to XM. There are 1000's of different music, much more than FM. If you like to hear a variety of music, satellite is the way to go. I listen to the 60's mostly, but now and then move up to the 70's, 80's, or country. And I listen to Nascar on Sunday. If you only listen to one station, I figure you'll start hearing a lot of the same music, but back in the 60's and 70's, there wasn't as many songs introduced as there are now. Just my
