    There are certainly a LOT in government that have made a lifetime career in this. Doesn't matter what party...there are just too many rats in politics...tell the people what they want to hear...then, do what you want...while, getting rich. Amazing!

    Making my second trip to Illinois this year...out of nowhere the rains came down! Same thing happened in June! If only that would happen in Texas! Other than the rain, it was a great ride...hoping for an equally good ride on the way home Monday.

    I saw the MC10 (with a Condor wheel chock) on Craigslist in Houston for $1500...I was just too late to get it. Do you think it possible to get a good 6X12, add a ramp and Condor wheel chock for less that that?

    Tom, you previously posted that you rode a Wing with the CT on it and didn't like the way it handled...especially around tar snakes. What happened to change your mind? I'm still on the fence about this. I like the idea of the increased capacity and blowout "protection"...but it just seems to me if you were supposed to run a CT on the bike, Honda would offer that option...at least, it seems, that they would express support of the idea. I'm not trying to be difficult...just don't want to sacrifice warrant and safety!

    Don is IMHO right on regarding this. This site is a very pleasant place to go to comment, ask, and provide...in a friendly manner, and I, for one, truly enjoy it sans attacks. Because of my purchase last November I often visit a different site...one that apparently does not monitor what is going on because I find you cannot originate a thread or make a comment without some jerk attacking you on what you said or how you said it. If that is your cup of tea, and you do not know where to go to engage in such activity, kindly PM me and I will provide you with two sites that will allow you to get your fill of animosity...in the meantime, please adhere to the (civil) rules of this site...I would like to continue enjoying it.

    I would like to join the chorus of "yaaaaaa". I got to tell you it cracked me up about him giving "1/2 of the peace sign" I can only imagine it being one finger...and as feisty as Ponch seems to be, I think I may know which one!!!!!

    I don't think I have EVER had the physical stamina to do something like that! Not on my best day, in my prime. I think it is remarkable that he was able to do it...the $ he raised was certainly for a worthy cause...good for him!
