We are dog lovers, too and are very sorry for your loss. As previously stated, "it's not just a dog"...it is a family member and a friend whose giving and loving is unconditional.

Appreciate the posting. I am a firm believer that our troubles (America's) starting happening when we started taking God out of our society...schools, daily life, etc. We had better get Him back in our lives and hearts before He turns His back on us.

sure wish Texas would go this route!

The video said that the holster would hold any size pistol...they include a Glock and what looked like a 1911.

any of you ever try a concealed carry holster called the "cell Pal"? I checked the site and it looks like it might be very useful...just wanted to see if anyone has any experience with it. http://www.concealedcomfort.com/index.html

You are one sneaky dude! I appreciate and applaud your attitude. PS..."N" says the ark already has 2 First Generations...sorry!

Great tribute to our troops...thank you for posting this.

Yep...we need to stay aware of what's going on around us.

A great tribute...what a terrible time. I sometimes feel guilty that I came home from Nam intact when so many lost so much. I have been to the Wall several times...if you can stand in front of it without a tear falling you just don't get it. No one detests war more than the military...whenever someone calls a military member a "war monger" it makes my blood boil. God Bless all the folks who are wearing, have ever worn, or ever will wear a uniform of the United States military.

I saw another member's bike (Owen) that had been lowered. He, like myself, is somewhat vertically challenged. I have been thinking about lowering my '07. Is the leveler process better than the lowering? While I like the idea of anything that makes the bike easier to handle, I am a bit concerned about anything that will add any height. I can flatfoot the bike now, but I do NOT have a lot to spare. -
Michigan is a great place to visit. My wife was stationed at Kincheloe '74 - '76. We went up there while we were stationed at Wurtsmith AFB (also now closed) in the early '80s. Beautiful area to travel, ski, boat, etc. Enjoy (I know you will) the trip.

I have had two '83 Silverwings...great little bike. The first one we bought in Germany and rode it all over Europe. I know you will grow to like the Venture as much! :BLUE:

Does this involve removing the rear tire?

I'm so sick of hearing that some people think they are owed things that people have rightly earned. I hope they find the jerks that took his bike and throw the book at them! Mostly, though, I hope this gentleman is able to get his bike back...this is just wrong on so many levels!

But it just continues to increase...just ck'd it and it is now at 8MB rec'd...our desktop does not do this...of course, it's OS is XP.

I hope I can adequately state my question...I am running MS Vista on a Toshiba laptop. When I click on my internet connection and then the "view status" area; it reflects a fairly rapidly increasing number for "bytes received"...is this normal? Periodically my computer runs quite slowly...I'm on Hughes.net satellite which I've figured might be the reason for such slowness. I have run two different virus checkers against my computer, to no avail...appreciate any input you may have.

like the extra lighting...I know you will enjoy it...I assume you will be taking it to Big Bend? (duh)
