  18. And you can do it with the bags on if your careful. I did mine over the week end very easy. I would get something to difflect the oil off of the wheel though so it doesnt get on the rim or tire and a long funnel to fill with. Good luck.

  21. WELL IT BOUNCES WHEN I AM ON IT AND WANT TO PUT IT UP. IT REALLY DOESN'T FLEX WHEN ITS DOWN. i THOGHT ABOUT THE TORQUE ON IT. iT JUST SEEMS THAT WHEN IT WAS NEWER IT WENT UP AND WAS FIRM AS IT MOVED UP.
  22. I was just wondering? Is it normal when putting the sidestand up for it to bounce a bit? Its kind of annoying. Is the a remady for this or do i need to live with it? Thanks in advance.
  23. Now that is Goofed up. You mean to tell me that Yamaha Did a magical oil act and when they did the engine that was able to go 8000 miles between changes now can only go 4000. And whats up with the filter? if the oil cant last but only for 4000 what makes the filter so different? I think The Yama heads were looking for a way to make more on service consesions. :soapbox: just my opinion:Venture:
  24. I see 4000 also. I too believe that anything other than what the manual states would be a void of warrenty.
