Does anybody manufacture a surface mount analog gauge set? This would make it so there would be no cutting of the dash, as this would be one of my preferences. -

Handle Bar Risers
KiteSquid replied to midnightsunrider's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
Just pull off the rubber bumpers, flip them over and turn them around and jam em in. Just keep flipping them till they fit snugly between the handlebars, faring and the top of the triple tree. If you want to make them more permanent, put some double sided tape on the side that rests on the top of the triple tree, just like from the factory. -

There are some high power LED PAR36 bulbs on the market, but the ones I saw were $$$$$$$$.. I read an article that said they are being stress tested on some HumV's in Iraq. NO failed units.... yet but you know how hard some of those guys are on their equipment. -
They have a red and black at my local dealer. I would like to see it outside in the sunshine!!!!!!

I could not find a news article for the photos above but I did find THIS article at the Calgary Sun's website. There are no photos at the website and the location is different. jburrell, what is your reference? Can you provide a URL? I find those photos at several forums and they say either a bike or a truck killed the bear, but I am skeptical.
