You have to shop for the features you want in a GPS!!!!! There are LOTS of different features available. I wanted an MP3 Player and a SDHC or MicroSDHC card slot, so I bought a Garmin nüvi® 765T at Costco for IIRC $245...... I wanted a Zumo 660, but the price was WAY to high for me.... Whatever you get, you should mount it with a RAM mount. They are the bees knees!!!!!!

and for the aft gun I would go for the 20mm saboted tungsten carbide rounds they use in the US Navy uses in their CIWS mounts....... armor piercing!!!!!!!

WOOOOHOOOOO!!! GREAT JOB!!!!!! What program did you draw it in???? It is very nice!!!! I am making two 11x17 copes to hang on the wall, one in the garage and one at work. It is Much easier to read than what Yamaha produced in the service manual......... -
If you look at the BG 44K MSDS you will note that the main ingredient is Stoddard Solvent. this is also used as Dry Cleaning Solvent, or for you who have access to the national supply system, NSN: 6850002745421 I will stick to using Naphtha (sold in gallons as Camp Fuel) for a much lower price, but if I could find a dry cleaning shop near me, I might buy some Stoddard Solvent.........

I don't use alarm systems. I use and insurance policy. If the bike gets stolen, it gets replaced. If it gets damaged, it gets repaired.

My cage is a silver Honda Odyssey Minivan with a roof case to carry my kites, and I have caught myself waving at bikes. NONE of them have waved back, yet.

Can you open up the lamps and post the numbers on the back of the bulb. Then I could look it up in a catalog and find the beam pattern and light output, if it is listed....

I bought a RAM mount for my Garmin nüvi 765T GPS and I LOVE it. Now I need to buy a spare power cord, so I can leave it on the bike.

If you timed how much time it took for the the Mile markers to go by you could convert it the Seconds per mile into Miles per Hour quite easily. you could make up a chart for the posted speed limits in your area and memorize it. I would do it differently as I a NOT lazy, but I am quite efficient. I would just go slower than the fastest traffic on the highway OR I would glance at the speed displayed on my GPS unit, as it is more accurate than the speedometer in any of my vehicles.... Now to convert MPH to Furlongs per Fortnight, that is a different ball of wax. 55 MPH = 147,840 Furlongs per Fortnight......

The most accurate tool is a Mercury Manometer http://www.saber-cycle.com/store/product790.html It will not stick, bind, or go out of calibration. Once you put the mercury in it, you have to drain it out to transport it.

Actually you should be more concerned about the people in front of you. IIRC more than 70% of motorcycle accidents happen to the FRONT of the bike. People turn left in front of motorcycles every day, and violate the motorcycles right of way. For more info PLEASE get a copy of Proficient Motorcycling: The Ultimate Guide to Riding Well by David L. Hough. -
what does "dura-finished" mean??????? He also states: "We also include directions on modifying the Road King exhaust from stock to 3 other noise levels." Interesting...... I would think that they would be threed diffretnt sound levels...... well maybe his bike has a low signal to noise ratio.........

Rear Splines. etc. Parts List

Get an Acid Brush from the plumming department of the hardware store. Cut the bristles off to about 1/4" long. Ues this to apply the Honda Moly60 grease. You should also change out the final drive gear lube, so you will need that and I would replace the seals for the drain and fill plug on the final drive. -
the tank badge is the same as on my 1950 H-D FL, however the engine is a "flat head" I cant identify it further, But note the narrow fron fender, small front brake and what looks like a siren just ahead of the rear tire. I woulld have to guess tha is it is the saller 700 CC engine. The cars in the bacground look to be form the 30s or 40s but I am not an expert.
