  1. Thanks, Gray Ghost. That was helpful. Hope all is well for you folks in Texas.
  2. Amen. Stay away from trucks
  3. Thanks, folks. Probably be a while before it would need anything, but....... I'm the kind that has to read up on it and have a manual in the garage. Have owned 8 other bikes over the years and racked up some miles. Wish there had always been a site like this. Ride safe.
  4. Don't know the issue, but will indeed pray for these folks.
  5. Hey, Would like to have a manual on my 2012 Venture. Any recommendations ? I see the Clymer ones that go to 2010 and wonder if they would be okay. PS: I'm real green with your site (s), but looks mighty good, helpful, and well thought out. Thanks:D:D
  6. ...........I like the first thing you said, and agree. No such thing as a stupid question. Especially like to start off like that , cause I will ask a few good ones myself now and then. :)And, I have sat in meetings with engineers and noticed the look on their faces when they did not know enough about what was being discussed. More than once I've asked a question about something I already knew and observed the relief on the faces when the answers were discussed. Always reiterated this to the craft hands ( of which I was proud to often be one ) when I was in position to be doling out the info. Anyway, Thanks again. Now here the question from this new member. I see repair manuals on line for up to the 2010 models ( I just bought a 2012 RSV- S 10k miles and 10k price and I'm a happy camper who generally will do his own maintenance........have even rebuilt some others back in the day, even own and occasionally use a functional torque wrench !........all that and one dollar I can get coffee most anywhere ) Anyhow, would like to get a good and proper paper manual to hold in my hands and become somewhat edjamacated on my new scooter. Hope you or some tech wise members might steer me in the right direction. Will probably just change my own oil and keep the tires aired, but still, you never know what somebody with a wrench and some spare time is liable to do. Thanks
